I visited Dr. Hazzouri's office about fillers, and was told by doctor they start at forehead, cheeks and do lips last. I originally did the forehead, eyes and made another appt. Dr. Hazzouri himself was 'originally' very nice saying "you look like you are in your 30's" you don't need anything done - and would keep giving these 'over-the-top' compliments and even gave me a kiss on the cheek one time. Next visit the cheeks, which will last one year, and that will result in less filler in the lips (at that's what doc told me) - $500 here, $650 there, and then the lips another $650. Still lines around my eyes so more Botox there, cheeks uneven, so a sample syringe was used, and then my lips one side larger than the other so another sample syringe used. Fast forward a couple for follow up visit, where I pointed out that my lips (the top one) was still crooked and flat, and my cheeks that were lifted, are now creasing 'both of these were supposed to last 6-months lips and 12-months cheeks' no where near that time frame. Doctor said swelling must have went down (I was swollen for 3 months? - I had fillers not plastic surgery! I complained and he kept telling me 'no they look fine' and saying he didn't know what I was talking about 'the lines or creases' near my cheeks that were gone for a short period but now back. So his assistant Megan said he does not like being questioned or being wrong - and now was being rude, ignorant, and very unprofessional. So he said he would reach out to the reguvination rep and find out if there was something he can use to fix those areas that I did not like, one product that can be used for both areas (a sample). I went back and it was like I was having this conversation all over again, did some touch up (well a lot) around the forehead and eyes, another $450 (no numbing cream used), but this time no Megan another lady, who actually expressed that 'you shouldn't have to be touching this all up so soon, anyone of these areas' and explained that she had cheek fillers and it was going to last her two years (but he will make it right she said). Really! Why would he give me something like he did, if there was something better there. Then the doctor began to tell me about 'micro-needling' and said 'this will probably benefit me very well and give me the results I am looking for'? So you are telling me this after I just spent almost $2000 on other products that I was told would last 6 months for one and 12 months for the other - gives me a brochure and leaves. The lady told me that procedure costs a couple thousands of dollars. Oh ok great - what are you out of your freaking mind! I just spent almost two grand on products that the 'doctor recommended' and they lasted a couple of months and now I'm going to take your word for it to do this other procedure - I don't think so especially after he started to act so unprofessional and rude to me when I started to question what was done and that it was not lasting like he said. So he was reaching out to his reguvination specialist again, who I was told was going to be there on my last visit, but she was not. I waited almost two weeks and then got a phone call from his office.... the voicemail says, "Hi Karen, this is Marsha, Dr. Hazzouri spoke to the reguvination specialist about the products that were used on your face, and wanted to speak to you about another product that he thinks may work better and give you the results you were looking for". So I called back, asked for Marsha and she told me that, "Dr. Hazzouri spoke to the reguvination specialist, and she told him about a product that he can use on me that would fix my minor issues, and that it can be used in both the cheeks and lips". She proceeded to say, "it costs $700, but he will give it to you for his price $450". What, I'm not paying anymore money for him to fix my cheeks and lips.... my lips are still crooked, and my one cheek is less full than the other, obviously he made a mistake somewhere. So she went back to talk to the doctor and then when I called back again to get an update she told me, "Dr. Hazzouri said, "it's not an exact science and you may need additional fillers". Well, if you have some (his assistant) standing over you and telling him 'your at __ cc's now' and they put the same exact amount in each cheek and each part of your lip, and move it around to make them both exactly even - then that is an exact science, apparently someone screwed up and put a little more here instead of there. She then proceeded to tell me, let me talk to Dr. Hazzouri again and I will get back to you - another week goes by and nothing, I call back again and am told Megan his assistant will call me back by the end of the day - that was weeks ago (possibly almost two months now) - never heard anything from anyone. He also seemed aggravated when I got Invisalign somewhere else, and didn't switch to him as my dentist - he must have asked me every time I went there! read more

Early Saturday morning I chipped my front tooth, after spending what felt like forever trying to find a dentist that was open I came across hazzouri dental and to my surprise a person answered the phone. I explained what happened and the receptionist told me Dr Hazzouri would fix it if I was able to get there in 30 minutes (thankfully I don't live far away) When I walked in the office it was warm and inviting. The receptionist told me to have a sit. Thinking I was going to wait a while I grabbed a magazine I wasn't even 5 minutes into it when my name was called. I was a little nervous because I haven't been to the dentist in many years but Dr Hazzouri told me not to worry and made me feel so comfortable. He fixed my tooth (which looks great by the way) and told me I need a few fillings and asked if I would like to schedule a cleaning. He sent me to the girl who checks people out so I could find out how much my next visit would be and to make another appointment for my fillings. With my work schedule I can only go after 5 and on Saturdays surprise surprise Dr Hazzouri has late hours too I feel like he caters to his patients and tries to work with their schedules. I 100% found my new dentist and will be telling my family and friends about him. read more

I agree with "STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY". I went to Dr. Hazzouri hoping for a positive result, and left sorely disappointed. He was easily the roughest and least professional dentist I've ever had, to the point of him pressuring me to borrow money from family and friends, as I couldn't originally afford the bill he was proposing. He drilled a hole in my lip the first day he was working on my mouth, and performed many temporary implants, all of which kept falling out of my mouth. Those temporary implants led to infections, requiring antibiotics to treat. After that, I decided enough was enough and went to a different dentist. The first thing they asked me was "Who did this work!?", as it was so glaringly bad. They even compared the screws Hazzouri used to wood. The healthiest option for me was to have my teeth removed. I paid him for the work he had done, and was going to let sleeping dogs lie, but he is now threatening to take me to the magistrate along with hurting my credit by sending the remaining balance (for services not rendered) to a collection agency. I've been seeing Dr. Genello here for almost 20 years. I've been greatly pleased with all their staff, services and treatments. (Well, other than the billing department. They seem to always send my charges to insurances that I haven't had in years despite always giving the front desk my updated insurance.) The staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. All the work Dr. Genello has performed on me has been fantastic and lasts longer than anticipated. I'm actually very excited about my upcoming appointments for Botox, Morpheus 8 and Zoom treatments and have complete confidence in a fantastic outcome! I do find it odd that every negative review I have read here is from "patients" that seem to live across the country or in another country. The syntax of their reviews is also remarkably similar leading me to believe it's one disgruntled person posting under multiple names. I had a recent visit to Hazzouri Dentistry. Dr Hazzouri is remarkable. I am a dental phobic. He was very kind, gentle and so very informative as he explained what he was doing during the procedure. Dr Hazzouri stopped numerous times to ask me how I was doing. I was beside myself. I had NO pain! I had No pain during the initial injections right through the whole procedure. Dr. Hazzouri initially sat down with me assessed what I needed done. Dr Hazzouri gave me options and explained them in detail. Aside from fantastic chair side demeanor his office is meticulous. I went to Dr Hazzouri for an emergency root canal and they got me in really fast. They did a great job I'm not even sore from it, not even where they put the needles to numb me. {Which isnt what happened last time I went to a different dentist, I hurt for months} All the staff were very friendly, courteous and catered to my being afraid. Just had a complex root canal performed by Dr. James Freuhan, one of the best! Tough procedure but virtually painless for a 90-minute procedure on an upper molar. I normally use Drs. Hazzouri or Genello but because Dr. Freuhan had some time, he was elected and I couldn't have been more pleased... as usual. Great assist by Barbara in the dental suite. Highly recommend! read more
