I was not informed of the changes within the practice that occurred the year prior (after my last cleaning). While I give them kudos for resolving the billing issues, I feel that it would have been a courtesy to provide this information to patients before they encountered a bill. I consist had issues with them staying in place not long many weeks after the procedure was finished. When I complained about the bottom plate not staying in, he repeatedly told me I needed to do a different type of implant on the bottom for another$10,000. The bottom implant ONLY has 4 posts. 3 in front, one on the left and NOTHING on the right side to help secure it at all.
