When the younger Dr. Brand can in to check my teeth I I was very impressed with his mannerisms, friendliness. I had recently chipped a front tooth and a back tooth broke off the same day my regular dentist retired. (Go figure) I made an appointment with Dr. Brand to repair the chip and properly fix the tooth that had broken. I have to say he was wonderful, and his staff was wonderful! Extremely professional! Great music playing! My front tooth looks perfect! I highly recommend Brand Dental! A very pleasant upbeat caring environment and staff. I was not informed of the changes within the practice that occurred the year prior (after my last cleaning). While I give them kudos for resolving the billing issues, I feel that it would have been a courtesy to provide this information to patients before they encountered a bill.
