Recently I made an appointment at Dr Grossman practice. He was out and I saw Dr Ritz for the first time. He came in and made me feel like he had my best interest and advised me with two options. One of which I realized was gong to be the most realistic one long term. He didn't rush me and allowed me to think about what we've discussed and come to a conclusion. Went in to have a filing replaced that feel out (they did the procedure 2 months before) and they charged me for another filing. Only go if you want to get ripped off. They make you come back every two weeks because they only reserve 15 minute slots. The "Drs" dont even do the work they have students do it and check the work. Ridiculous. read more

For a crown he accepts insurance, if you don't have insurance he charges double. Money hungry, arrogant doctor. Won't take his fingers out of your mouth when you have a question. I had 3 crowns and I had problems with all three. Beware! read more

I started seeing Dr Grossman a few months after giving birth to my son 11 years ago. I had not seen a dentist in some time and had a bad problem. My husband called the Dr and he saw me on a Sunday! He is an incredibly generous and great dentist. He has taught me to take great care of my teeth and reconstructed my smile. I had a lot of problems with my teeth and he's patiently fixed my teeth. I had an initial appointment today and I was so impressed with every aspect of this dental office. Dr. Grossman was so friendly and genuinely compassionate. Dale, his assistant very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and at ease. The dentist made room on the schedule for me to have my teeth cleaned the same day. Jen, the hygienist was very considerate and gentle while taking x-rays and cleaning then polishing my teeth. Then the dentist checked my teeth then scheduled me for the very next morning for fillings and a possible extraction. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I have been going to Dr. Grossman for years. There are many reasons: he's affable, affordable, gentle, and consultative in a way you can easily understand. He simply does not speak down to you. He takes time to really assess the condition of your teeth. If he sees a problem, he gives you treatment options and clearly explains the positive and negative results of your decision. It's easy to get a timely appointment, and an appointment is just that, you don't end up waiting around because overbooking. If you have an emergency, Dr. Grossman always seems to be able to schedule you the same day. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. His dental assistants are personable and thoroughly competent, many have worked there for a very long time. Most importantly, Dr. Grossman is available if you need him.
