I suppose I was born into this; my family has been going to Back Mountain Dental through a few name changes and the tenure of the previous dentist, so I've been lucky to have excellent dental care with a neighborhood-oriented staff. For instance, on my last visit alone, they saved me time, money and the frustration of anesthesia by salvaging part of a previous filling and not applying a product once we discussed more of my symptoms. No upselling, easy-to-understand and work with billing procedures, and the superpower to figure out any changes in your insurance with minimal effort (even though you put your new card in a 'safe' place). I originally set up an appointment for a cleaning and the technician was wonderful and very sweet. When the younger Dr. Brand can in to check my teeth I I was very impressed with his mannerisms, friendliness. I had recently chipped a front tooth and a back tooth broke off the same day my regular dentist retired. (Go figure) I made an appointment with Dr. Brand to repair the chip and properly fix the tooth that had broken. I have to say he was wonderful, and his staff was wonderful! Extremely professional!
