I assumed like many things that we can replace on our own on our car I could just YouTube it and it looked easy but I couldn't fit my hand into where I needed it to go to twist off a top to put the headlight on. So I stopped at this AutoZone to see if they had a tour that I can borrow or buy that might fit around the lid so I could twist it off since I couldn't get my hand in there. David A. An employee there was very willing to come out take a look and help me out. The next thing I know he was hands in and working to get that cap off and then even trade it out the light that I had purchased from another place. He was so helpful and so willing to do it and I pointed out a couple times that I hadn't even purchased the item here and he was like we're here to help I'm glad to do it. It took a little work cuz he had a big hand too and he just had the perseverance to figure out and get it done so I left with a working light. David A has ensured that any business I need to give to an auto store for items will go to AutoZone. thank you very much.

They told me they needed to check and they would call me back. They called and informed me it was indeed in stock, and they'd have it ready for me. I arrived and paid for the part. They had me pull my car around back and they loaded it into the trunk. After inspecting the transmission it was the complete wrong part for a different generation civic. The VIN plate stamped on the trans didn't even match the car it was supposed to be from. Anyone familiar with these cars can obviously tell it's not the correct trans. They tried searching for the one I paid for for 30+ minutes. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
