And twice I was helped by two different young men not only in finding the correct product, but by answering the endless questions I had about my car. I will definitely be returning to this store as my baby continues to age and needs help. Thanks again fellas!

And, when we went to the desk to PAY; as if they had some preloaded thing to say, immediately accused us of stealing!!! Mind you they watched and followed us around the store the whole time. We went home and called the owner. I've lived in Bennington my entire life and never had i experienced such a thing. If you don't see this review, you all know why. Don't come here if you are a POC. Just don't. Absolutely disgusting behavior In 2026.

I called back and after 10+ rings he finally answered..knowing it was me, didn't say hello, just impatiently repeated the info (he clearly heard me say I needed clarification the first time.) I work with vendors and suppliers that work with this place (and work closely with one of the owners) and they actually recommended this place...and they will DEFINITELY hear about my experience. You never know who you are talking to when a customer calls...I imagine this will damage the business relationship they have with the owner who I work closely with. If customer service is this bad right out of the gate, you know this place is likely rotten in other areas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An extra 60 seconds and some kindness could have saved them from this review but tells you A LOT about a business.

I had been getting my oil changes at Jiffy Lube for the last five years simply because it was fast…read moreand familiar. That changed after I tried Christian Brothers Automotive during a grand opening when they were offering free oil changes. I liked the experience enough that I decided to give them a shot again for my next paid oil change, and that's when the difference really stood out. Jiffy Lube's main advantage is speed. You stay in your car and you are in and out quickly. But Christian Brothers wins in almost every other category. The waiting room is clean and comfortable (even have cell phone chargers), the people are genuinely friendly, and the pricing has actually been better in my experience. I also appreciate that my car is returned clean, without the greasy or rushed feeling I sometimes had before. Scheduling is easy too. Their website makes it simple to book an appointment, so even though it is not a drive through experience, it still feels efficient and well organized. If speed is the only thing you care about, Jiffy Lube works. But if you value service, cleanliness, and feeling confident about who is working on your car, Christian Brothers Automotive has earned my business going forward.

Their 5 year warranty battery gave out in less than two years. I got a new one for $129 at Walmart. CB didn't seem to want to deal with the warranty, telling me on the phone they need to check the vehicle to see why my car was draining the battery before any talk about a refund or partial refund. The battery had side posts. CB used old stripped posts that caused my battery to only have a weak connection at best. The result. My car got stranded just off a freeway ramp. I had to wait two hours for AAA to get there and tow me to a place that discovered the issue right away and replaced the battery posts with new ones. Now it runs perfectly, no thanks to UnChristian Brothers. Needless to say. They lost a customer.
