Their stores are easy to shop in and have never been shy about helping you get the right part for the car you are working on. Prices are very competitive and they will be honest about generic vs name brand items if you are feeling that cost-phobia. What I really like is that they have stock numbers across the area and can transfer or hold items from other locations.

It made me feel really uncomfortable and confused because where were you in the store and why are you trying to seem like you're guarding the place. Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. I can't thank the team at Elite enough for taking care of us, being trustworthy, affordable, and going above and beyond with awesome customer service!

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. They have a return customer going forward, and I'll be sure to thank my cousin for the recommendation. I'll also kick myself for not listening sooner lol

Very disappointing experience. We purchased a Ford Expedition that had only been listed online for…read more3-4 days. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle had not even been cleaned or detailed yet, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. We test drove the Expedition for approximately 15-20 minutes, and everything seemed fine. We had previously driven other Expeditions and were familiar with how they drove, so we did not think to test drive it for an extended period or have it independently inspected before purchasing. Unfortunately, on our 3-hour drive home, the transmission began slipping between gears. Once we got home, we took the vehicle to several different mechanics to determine what was wrong. Every mechanic we spoke with came to the same conclusion: the vehicle needs a new transmission. At this point, we are left wondering whether the dealership was aware of the transmission issue and sold us the vehicle anyway, or whether the vehicle was never properly inspected or serviced before being put up for sale. Either way, this was an extremely disappointing experience and has resulted in a major, unexpected expense shortly after purchasing the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.
