I bought my Forester here, so have been using them for my first 3 years maintenance. During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.

It was hard to part with the vehicle, although with me getting married here in the coming fall, and then starting a family, it was time to upgrade to a bigger, more roomy, and comfortable car. I started out at the local competitor's dealership; Lexus. To be honest I wasn't impressed as I drove their IS350, which is supposed to be the closest competition to Infiniti. After this I was pretty disappointed, so I searched out for comparable brands and cars and arrived at Infiniti's Q50. Now the difficult part came around, finding the right color car, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I test drove one initially, that had everything I wanted but the color. So I passed on it. A week later or so I came back and was prepared to offer something for the car regardless of the color, but the car was already gone. So back to step one again. I found one that I wanted down in OKC, but did not really want to drive the 400 miles to go pick it up, and told myself I'd give the local Infiniti of Omaha the opportunity to see if they could come up with the exact car that I wanted. Almost on que, I got a call from Jose; my salesperson, which he told me that they had acquired a car with everything I wanted including the color, the tech package, the wheels, everything. This thing was full loaded. His manager was quick to put a reasonable deal together. So I took the deal! They even worked with me on holding a check until my insurance claim on my previous car cleared. The communication was excellent, and their demeanor was superior in terms of customer service. I highly recommend this team, as well as these vehicles. Couldn't be happier with my Infiniti Q50!!

They went out of their way to take care of me! They actually came and picked me up and drove my car back to their shop! It should also be noted that this happened in the afternoon/evening. They had my car taken care of that same day. Ever since, I've been coming to Jones for all my car maintenance needs, even after moving all the way out to West Omaha. They are worth it. Typically whenever I used to go to other auto places, they'd see that I was a female and try to sell me on all of the things. It is not the same here at Jones. The mechanics take the time to explain everything they're doing and why they're doing it. They don't try to push extra services or services I don't need. They consistently educate me on what's going on with my car so that I'm able to prolong its lifetime. The staff at Jones Auto have invaluable integrity and honesty. It is extremely apparent that they care deeply about giving you the best service possible. Thank you, Jones Auto!
