I assumed like many things that we can replace on our own on our car I could just YouTube it and it looked easy but I couldn't fit my hand into where I needed it to go to twist off a top to put the headlight on. So I stopped at this AutoZone to see if they had a tour that I can borrow or buy that might fit around the lid so I could twist it off since I couldn't get my hand in there. David A. An employee there was very willing to come out take a look and help me out. The next thing I know he was hands in and working to get that cap off and then even trade it out the light that I had purchased from another place. He was so helpful and so willing to do it and I pointed out a couple times that I hadn't even purchased the item here and he was like we're here to help I'm glad to do it. It took a little work cuz he had a big hand too and he just had the perseverance to figure out and get it done so I left with a working light. He then rattled off the info super quick and I couldn't hear him...when I asked him to repeated it (I could hear he was still there) He simply hung up on me. I called back and after 10+ rings he finally answered..knowing it was me, didn't say hello, just impatiently repeated the info (he clearly heard me say I needed clarification the first time.) I work with vendors and suppliers that work with this place (and work closely with one of the owners) and they actually recommended this place...and they will DEFINITELY hear about my experience. You never know who you are talking to when a customer calls...I imagine this will damage the business relationship they have with the owner who I work closely with. If customer service is this bad right out of the gate, you know this place is likely rotten in other areas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An extra 60 seconds and some kindness could have saved them from this review but tells you A LOT about a business.

Hubby had some troubles getting the battery swapped. I'm not very savvy about cars, so I can't tell you exactly what the trouble was. Something about the battery having been drained and the electrical system not allowing us to do ...whatever was needed. So Hubby went back into the store to see if the clerk had any ideas. Not content to simply stand behind the counter and offer suggestions, the clerk came out to our car and spent several minutes trying different things with Hubby. Ultimately, the solution involved some sort of safety switch hidden someplace no sane person would normally think of looking. While the clerk located and pushed the safety thingie, Hubby was able to get the car started. It seemed easy, but only if you know about the super-secret button. The clerk was very kind, very generous with his time, and very patient. Automotive stores all seem to be pretty much the same, really. But employees who care and are knowledgeable and patient are what makes this one stand out.
