After looking up some videos and forums online, I found out that it was most likely my brake switch. I had O'Reilly's look up my vehicle specs and ordered a part and it was scheduled to deliver the next morning. After attempting to install the part, it became very clear that it was the incorrect part. The connection on the end was a complete smaller size and was missing another key element. I was able to return the item just fine, however, it was a little irritating when I found out I could have just ordered it online via RockAuto for way cheaper.
