I had to purchase a new battery from another supplier but returned to Interstate the following day to get a refund on the remaining warranty. I was told the warranty was no longer valid since I did not purchase the new battery from them. I had to purchase a battery from somewhere else so I was able to get to work that day. I even asked for a store credit and was denied. The manager told me that the warranty is only good if I continue to purchase batteries from them. I paid $169.99 for a battery that only lasted though 1/2 it's life and was there is nothing they could do. This is very poor customer service and I will not recommend or ever return to Interstate battery again! Update: After talking with a represenative from the main office in IA and the business manager they determined that there will be no action taken for the warranty left on my battery. DO NOT PURCHASE AN INTERSTATE BATTERY...IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY!

I took the car in on Monday and at the end of the day, they told me they didn't have time to check it on Monday so I would have to leave it another day. I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first.

Because of the sensors and technology in the vehicle, I was honestly hesitant about using Safelite. The out of pocket cost would have been around $4,000 to $5,000, so we ended up filing a claim through our insurance. Our technician, Juda, was excellent. He called early to let me know he was overbooked that morning when my appointment was scheduled, which I appreciated. Not long after that he called back and said he was on his way. The job ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially estimated, but Juda was professional, informative, and clearly took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked hard to ensure the vehicle was back to normal and that all of the sensors and systems were functioning properly. I was genuinely concerned about having Safelite work on a higher end vehicle like an Audi Q7, but Juda did a fantastic job. Everything works perfectly and the installation looks great. Overall it was a very positive experience.

We called another glass service and they told us they couldn't even calibrate the windshield that Safelite put in because it was so low quality! I would never use Safelite again !!! So disappointed.
