While I had probably just missed being able to pull from the car I needed to pull from (late 90s Lexus es300), I was still able to salvage some other parts from a similar year Camry and Solara. The entry fee is great, and it looked like they had a decent selection before the lot had cleared. This seemed to be the only pick and pull junkyard in the Papillion/Bellevue area, but they also have locations in Omaha and Lincoln if you're willing to make a longer trip. Pro tip for first timers to this yard, wear shoes you don't care about because there's like this moon dust everywhere that will cake your shoes. Learned that the hard way, haha. I had to take a personal day at work to meet them to come tow a vehicle where it broke down. They didn't show up. When I called after 5 times they finally answered and told me they did not have an appointment for me. Sorry Alexis, but we did indeed make an appointment for 4:20. gotta watch them ringing you up. they tried to charge me core charges on running boards, really!? I buy them cause I need them, can't bring back something I don't have. I debated w/them wipe it off. I don't always find what I need, but if you check back after a week or two, you'll might find what you need. Inventory is constantly rotating in and out. My car battery was down, so I drove all the way from the North location to the south location and purchased a battery for $60.00 approximately. Long story short the battery was a bum battery and my mechanic had to replace it with a Walmart brand. I attempted to return the bum battery with a receipt and the disgruntled cashier seemed offended that I would dare request a refund not only that they issued me a $53 store credit which is of no use to me at this time because I will not be conducting any future business with these shady operators!!! read more

Played phone tag for days to get someone to pick up my old car. By the time I was finally able to speak to someone and arrange a time to pick up my vehicle they made me wait hours and then never called me back. A complete waste of time and energy. read more

Just wish they would hire someone else for the online inventory page. It's rarely updated, sometimes it tells you vehicles are there that have long been removed, or you stumble onto more then one of the same model you searched for on the lot but they aren't listed in the website inventory. That makes it pretty much worthless. Shame, it wasn't always that way. read more

Quick, efficient, they bought my car and I got a check for it. A strange experience though, with the office. I wanted the plates off the car and when they were handed over they were bent up. I made a comment on it, really not that bothered by it but was defensively told they were hard to get off. Weird, they were ripped straight out of the vehicle but a screwdriver would've done the job. Plates were only on for 2 years. But that doesn't bother me as much as the attitude. When the title says ALL names must sign the title, that's what I'm going to do. I had my spouse sign it ahead of time and I was going to sign my name in the office. But I was told I did it wrong but then when I offered to sign it, was told I didn't need to. A little weird, kinda unpleasant experience but at the end of the day, I got what I came for. read more

Used to be a great place to get parts. Their prices seem to keep going up, their staff is more ornery and now you have to enter a phone number to enter. By enter your phone number you also agree to get calls, texts and other advertisements. There is no way to opt out of the advertisements, calls and texts. Staff told me: "You don't want to do it, you don't have to come here." Can't get anyone to answer the phone at management level so I will post here on Yelp. read more

Decent, well-organized junkyard. Cars are all up on stands and organized by makes (Ford, GM, Chrysler, Imports) and the lot is mostly gravel so it shouldn't be too bad if its rained recently. Kind of tough to find since its on a dead-end portion of Grace in a valley surrounded by railroad tracks and grain elevators; I was on 16th St. (a major road) but did not see a way across until I got all the way further north then went east and then south on 11th to find Grace again. Once there however it was clearly marked so as to differentiate it from the various other scrap metal businesses that are in the area. read more

Id give them 0 stars. the bearded guy at the counter on 60th is probably the worst employee ive ever seen there. dude didnt even know what an engine hoist was. and he was looking through my parts I bought and setting it barely on the cart and went to push the cart and it fell off and cracked my console I just bought. on top of charging 5$ a switch in each filler piece of the consol and dash when i just wanted the filler piece. I came back in to return $30 of switches and a fuse box and there was no return even though I told him from the start I wanted just the filler pieces. and i was told not to come back. so thanks for 20 years of getting parts from yall u wrench it will have all my business, its right around the bend from the u pull it yard, I advise everybody to check them out, they'll treat you better read more

These guys are dirtbags with no manners whatsoever. But if you get lucky, and find the parts you need, it is what it is. I do appreciate the fact that the vehicles are organized by "make" - which means it's much easier to get into the area of what you're searching for. read more

This place has been here for a long time! I remember coming here in high school for a part that my car needed. (20+years ago) Today I ventured here with my son to get some parts he needed for his car. My, how time flies! You park out front and upon entering pay $2.00 a person to enter the yard. You can ask at the front where a certain type of car is that you might be looking for and they will give you a printout with a row where it might be located. We were highly successful on our adventure. We found the car we needed and were able to get a bumper, the large metal piece that goes behind it, and a right headlight for a little over $100! My son was able to put it on himself and save himself a minimum of $1,200! I highly recommend if you are handy at all or need a small (or large) part for your car, you check this place out. They also buy your junk or barely running vehicle. (Price varies depending on make, model and desireability) You can bring your car here and get paid cash on the spot or you can arrange to have them come and pick the vehicle up at your location. (Either way you get the same amount of money for your vehicle.) Knowing my son and his love for cars, I am sure I will be back here again. read more

Had bad experience didn't explain much where to go. Pointed to were to go put u could be pointing at a million things. Dump my stuff off and told me that's the wrong stop and I can't be in that part of the yard. First off there was no signs saying it and told me to move it and I did and told me to get out of the part or they would call the cops I was stealing. Ok stealing what I'm dropping off ok. And just would not explain much. Bad and worst survise ever. read more

They told me they had a part and I paid an entrance only to find out the part was not there. Waste of time and money. I bought the part off of Amazon instead and it was only $5 more. Bonus I didn't have to remove the part myself. Check Amazon before going to U Pull It. read more

I am beyond upset with their services, I called them Saturday morning so my car could get picked up and of course they told me they couldn't give me an exact date of when my vehicle would get picked up, which I was fine with because the lady assured me I'd get a phone call 30 minutes in advance. so it is now Monday and I got a phone call early morning so my car would get picked up but I was in class and I let the driver know I'd be available after class, he told me he'd pick my car up at around noon, I waited and waited and waited and never even received a phone call to let me know someone wasn't coming. I decided to call the driver back from the number he had called me from earlier and asked if he was still coming, he was rude and told me he didn't have time to pick up my car and that I was going to have to wait. I cannot sit around and wait for them to decide when they want to come pick up my car, i have a job, school, and other stuff I need to be doing instead of waiting around wasting time, waiting for you people. read more
