I knew this prior to her services, but hadn't been able to find a suitable person to do the work - I asked her for a recommendation, and she gave me a call back shortly after with someone. After some back and forth related to what I wanted done (wall dings, carpet cleaning, etc.), Andrea proceeded to become the equivalent of a general contractor. The amount of time that saved me was substantial, and it was incredibly easy to continue working with her through this time. It looks like things have changed since then and I wish I came to read all these things before scheduling my second cleaning and paying upfront. It sounds like it's become a common trend for them to cancel or reschedule due to some unforeseen circumstances such as car trouble, car accidents, or some other emergencies. Even with my first cleaning the scheduled cleaners had "car trouble" so Angelica came to clean my place herself (she did a great job by the way). My second cleaning was scheduled and on the day of, there was another "emergency" so the cleaning had to be pushed back a day (which I was ok with). Now on this day the cleaning was scheduled for 11:30am and nobody ever showed up or called. I called and text Angelica numerous times with no response. I still haven't heard back from her and from reading other reviews, I'm likely not to get my money back. its been a full 24hours and I have not heard anything about the No Call, No Show.
