I have high nerves, so it's extremely difficult to get me numb. I was sore after the numbness wore off, but pain free the next day! Dr. Reiss is my general dentist. She's thorough and good. She cares about her patients. Fay is my favorite. Great sense of humor, caring and definitely easy on the eyes! I recommend Advanced Dental. I've hated going to the dentist. That feeling still exists, but I know I'm in good hands and they'll make me as comfortable as possible.

They were friendly, informative, and HIGHLY EFFICIENT during my tooth extraction! As I was telling my adult daughter; the entire procedure from first rinse to me walking out the door was only about 20 minutes long. The Dr is so skilled at the Novocaine injections that I was amazed. If you can hold it together for about 2 minutes-you'll be fully numb in no time. The procedure itself consisted of one minute of toughing it out while he did the actual pulling. No pain, just pressure and conquering my fear. I can do just about anything for one or two minutes. The rest was downhill from there. Drove myself home with no issues-as I stayed awake for the procedure. Would definitely make a point of coming back to Dr Payami and his team if the need arises in the future.

He talked to me the whole time I was in the chair and let me know exactly what was going on and not worry about what was happening. He asked frequently if I was okay and to raise my hand at anytime I felt discomfort. Dr Wiston called me that afternoon to ask how I was doing which was very appreciated. My prescription was sent to the Pharmacy right down the street and was ready shortly after arriving. The office was nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend this office and will definitely go back. He also likes to ask you questions when his hands are elbow deep in your mouth and there's absolutely no way that you can reply.
