Do not go to this office for dental care! Nothing but scammers (both dentist and office staff)…read more They do not bill insurance co correctly and they scam patients for patient sedation cost/charges for oral surgery /tooth extractions. Should have known better after seeing dentist waiting room was always empty. Dr Druce is very unprofessional, has "0" bedside manners. He was very rude and dismissive to my 23 yr old daughter when she was in his chair having 3 wisdom tooth extractions that had grown into the bone. She was told by Dr Druce at the consultation & paid upfront to be under complete sedation during the extractions and was told she would wake up after it was over. This was not the case at all, dr Druce only gave her a mild sedative. He only extracted 1 tooth because my daughter was awake and felt everything during the extraction and when he had to cut into her bone Dr. He told her to go to another oral surgeon to get the other 2 extractions without a clear explanation. Needless to say, he was reported to the NYS Dentistry.

Dr. Lambert referred my daughter out for her wisdom teeth, after waiting months for an appointment,…read moredue to her having "mobility issues" just because she is in a wheelchair. Then the nurse had the audacity to ask my teen "so are you like paralyzed" as my daughter transferred to her wheelchair. Extremely rude to ask someone that when you have the medical history and you see she is obviously not paralyzed. Definitely treated my daughter different due to her disability, and all because she uses a wheelchair. I would never recommend him again. Shame on him and his office.

Conservative oral surgeon and I don't mean conservative in terms of politics…read more Visited for a consult because my general dentist suggested I remove my wisdom teeth but Dr. Lambert suggested I wait a little longer when there is a valid reason to pull the tooth since I didn't have a cavity on the tooth. General dentist thought my teeth gums weren't as healthy as it should be but oral surgeon said teeth looked fine and gums were fine. Wisdom teeth these days seem to be such an easy casualty to dentistry with most dentist but Dr. Lambert doesn't feel that way. He seems to only want to pull teeth that really need to be pulled hence his conservative approach to dentistry. He could easily line his pockets with fees from pulling every tooth that came through his office but he seems genuinely more concerned about patient overall oral health than making a quick buck on an extraction. Office staff was superb, polite and nice. Overall experience was great for me.

This was, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had…read more I had a filling done on one of my back molars, and shortly afterward the tooth developed a crack. When I returned for an emergency visit because I was in pain, I expected the problem to be fixed. Instead, the dentist only looked at the tooth and told me I needed to schedule yet another evaluation before any treatment would be done. It felt like unnecessary delays when I was already dealing with an issue that appeared to have resulted from the previous dental work. I ultimately sought a second opinion from another dentist, who treated me during the first visit and explained that the crack was consistent with problems related to the previous filling. That dentist addressed the issue immediately instead of requiring multiple appointments. In my opinion, the repeated office visits felt unnecessary and left me questioning whether patient care was the priority. I lost confidence in this practice and will not be returning. If you're looking for a dentist who stands behind their work and promptly addresses problems when they arise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I do not have insurance and was told what would be done at the visit and what the cost would be. The assistant Jess took me into a room and asked why I was there. She listened and took an x-ray. Dr. Adam reviewed the x-ray and it was decided that I needed a new filling. I was told what the cost would be and asked if I wished to have the procedure done. i had the procedure completed. Dr. Adam and Jess were very professional, kind and courteous. They answered all of my questions. The office staff was friendly. I left the office confident that my problem had been resolved. I would recommend this office for a quick response to my emergency and for future dental needs.

However, he talks so fast and assumes you understand everything he is saying at warp speed, I rarely know what he is saying about problems, treatments, etc. When you ask him to slow down or ask questions, he appears annoyed. He makes lots and lots of referrals for procedures (which he assures you he knows how to do, but would prefer you go elsewhere) and his referrals are in distant locations (CT, Harriman, etc.)-for folks in pain and with limited time constraints, this is impractical. Surely there are specialists in the MIddletown area who offer these services. His office staff is a nightmare. They lie, plain and simple. They will tell you whatever it takes to get you in the office, and then say "oh, she should not have told you that, we cannot do that, or that is not what she said" and make you think you are nuts. Gaslighting. Dentistry is expensive and I understand some of the reasons why. A good dentist is worth their fee. Dr. O'Brien charges more than average, in my experience, and not where I am going to spend my healthcare dollars.
