She said OK no problem. A day or 2 before the appointment I'm getting various calls while am at work asking for my insurance information, I told the representative (heather, apparently also the manager ) I don't have it with me and she said my appointment will be canceled and I might have to pay $200 for a consultation. Out of frustration I said "cancel it " Well I had already requested a day off for the day of the appointment so I still went in (with my insurance info) just to check and they said they canceled my appointment because I REFUSED to provide my insurance when they called me lol So disappointing! Conservative oral surgeon and I don't mean conservative in terms of politics…read more Visited for a consult because my general dentist suggested I remove my wisdom teeth but Dr. Lambert suggested I wait a little longer when there is a valid reason to pull the tooth since I didn't have a cavity on the tooth. General dentist thought my teeth gums weren't as healthy as it should be but oral surgeon said teeth looked fine and gums were fine. Wisdom teeth these days seem to be such an easy casualty to dentistry with most dentist but Dr. Lambert doesn't feel that way. He seems to only want to pull teeth that really need to be pulled hence his conservative approach to dentistry. He could easily line his pockets with fees from pulling every tooth that came through his office but he seems genuinely more concerned about patient overall oral health than making a quick buck on an extraction. Office staff was superb, polite and nice. Overall experience was great for me.

I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Ravneet Hira for excruciating wisdom tooth pain I've…read morebeen struggling with for over a year due to insurance delays. From the start, she claimed to have reviewed my chart but immediately began correcting me about my own history. When I mentioned past experiences, she confidently "corrected" me about locations and details -- only to later be proven wrong. Instead of listening and focusing on my urgent pain, she was dismissive and condescending. She briefly looked in my mouth, ignored my obvious wisdom tooth pain, and instead focused on an old chipped tooth that hasn't caused me any issues for over a year. She told me a crown on that tooth should be my "biggest concern," wrote a prescription for antibiotics, handed me yet another referral for my wisdom teeth, and sent me on my way. The next day I had a cleaning with a different dentist, Dr. Bracha Ollech, who was the complete opposite: she immediately recognized that my wisdom teeth were decaying and personally called oral surgeons to help me get treatment quickly. On top of the poor care, Dr. Hira's bedside manner was extremely unprofessional. She laughed about my financial situation, made a snide remark about affording a $35 X-ray, and even commented that I "should get off my mommy's insurance" -- without knowing anything about my personal circumstances. She also gave me unsolicited, judgmental comments about birth control after prescribing antibiotics, without understanding that I'm on it for medical reasons (PCOS), not for "partying" as she implied. Overall, I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and without the urgent care I needed. This was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. If you want a dentist who listens, cares, and treats patients with respect, I would not recommend Dr. Hira. Everybody else in the office is absolutely lovely and genuinely cares about their patients -- I owe a huge thank-you to Bracha Ollech, truly one of the best dentists I've ever been to.

This place is the best and most advanced dental center. They specialize in implants. I wish I had known about them earlier. all the staff starting from the front desk to the dental assistants are all so wonderful and accommodating. You can tell they all get along well and are like a well oiled machine. I hated going to the dentist but their technique as well as equipment make the dental experience so much comfortable and calming. I like the mouthpiece they use during the procedure. its actually calming white noise and drowns out the drilling. it also doesnt dry out your mouth and doesnt feel like you are drowning on your own saliva. I also appreciate that they explain in detail the plan of care so everyones on the same page. I recommend them 100%!! I also was impressed for my very young daughter. every single time she went to the dentist to get a simple cleaning, she would cry and end up throwing up. it was awful but when i brought her to middletown dental associates, she was actually able to get a FULL cleaning done and said she loves the dentist.
