All he kept saying was it wasn't his fault and I needed to call Honda for a " Radio Code" which I knew wasn't right but I called them anyway and they told me that wasn't right either. Shane diagnosed the issue fairly quickly and gave me what I believe is a reasonable quote for the repairs. He also informed me that the repair could cause issues with other steering/alignment components in the future, but said he did not see issues with those components now.
