    Hole in gas tank

Took my 2019 F150 to this shop for an engine replacement and suspension work. Communication with the front desk was good but I'm not pleased with the quality of work done on my truck, specifically the engine replacement. I dropped my truck off on a Thursday and they said it was scheduled for the following Monday for the repair to begin. I'm guessing sometime between that Thursday and Monday someone drilled a hole in my gas tank and stole my gas while it was in their possession, no big deal they patched the tank, but charged me for it. The next two things are why I won't be taking any of my vehicles to this shop for service. Brand new engine and they didn't purge the air from the coolant system so the coolant was extremely low once the truck purged the air from driving. Add to that, the oil filter was so loose that it was leaking oil, I got about 3-4 good turns on it before it got tight. Luckily my wife noticed it and pointed it out. Had to put about a quart and a half back in. Both of those things could have damaged the brand new engine that I just bought from Ford and had to wait for ever for it to show up. If I'm going to pay you $18K for parts and labor I expect a decent product in return. No issues with the suspension stuff.

I have had Outlaw Offroad do work to my wife's jeep on 2 separate occasions and I will say that both times that they not only met but exceeded the expectations that I had. I brought them aftermarket rock lights, a switch panel and a light bar, and they installed the the rock lights and switch without any issues and went over the set up. It turned out that the light bar that I purchased was the wrong size and did not come with mounting brackets, so I returned it and scheduled a new install date. They were very accommodating when it came to rescheduling as I had some shipping issues and did not receive the light bar in time for the original install date. He did let me know that there were some installation issues as the bracket that i bought did not perfectly match the lights bar, but the finished product showed expertise work and we could not be more happy. I look forward to you guys helping with my next upgrade... #ComingSoon

I've been here a few times, usually looking for parts. It costs $3 to get in, which is great for…read morethem because they get something from people who come to shop. Minimum age is 16, which is a bit annoying. A 12-15 year old can be of great help. So my son sat in the car. I brought with me a part I had designed to test fit - which I had done before, and I planned to buy a car console. This time they said no external parts come in because of theft. They used to just mark them. I had clearly made my part and it had my markings on it. Oh well. The staff were nice enough. The real benefit of this particular yard is that they have a pretty large selection. Just bring tools and don't tear stuff up, leave the rest in good condition. I found what I was looking for and ended up buying two items.

Overpriced, bad service by workers, tried getting a few small trim pieces a hood, a trunk, and a…read moretaillight, and a reinforcement bar and it added up to $760. For the trim even the ity bitty small pieces they wanted to charge $7 a piece which added up to around $200 in trim, for the trunk they said that in order for the trunk to cost what it costs on the website it has to be a bare metal trunk, I've been to countless junkyards and for the trunk they charge it as just the trunk, for the trim they give you a bulk number usually around $10-$15. All those parts almost nobody needs, the car I came in for was never touched after being in there for a month, in the end they will probably just be thrown out or scrapped for nothing which is pretty sad because I could've used them just not for what they want and their attitude, the place is very understaffed and had a line of 10 people when trying to figure out why it costed so much. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
