When I went to pick up my trailer which was repaired perfectly, they refunded $150 because the Airstream guy they had talked to when they did the estimate had made a mistake in pricing parts to them. There is no way I would have ever known but they lowered the price to me anyway. I will never go anywhere else. And it's a 2 hr drive from home.

I took the car for them to look at the battery and they said the alternator was fine and it looked like the battery was low. But they said I needed to take it to a dealer to get all that verified. I took it to the dealership and they verified the alternator was fine, but the battery was bad. The dealer was going to charge me over $100 for the service, but if I bought a battery, they would take it off. So I bought a battery. I took the old battery back to Advance and said it still had a full year warranty on it, a third of the value, and what could they do. They said nothing. They even asked the manager and the manager said it wasn't the way it worked. You had to bring it in and exchange it. No store credit, nothing. Not even a pair of windshield wipers. No good will at all. Well, here's the way it works works for me. I'll never be back in your store.

The tire indicator light had gone on and I had difficulty determining exactly how to reset the light after filling the tire. I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy
