I suspected my car needed either new rotors or new brakes and was expecting to pay a lot. Five points was very responsive to my calls. They inspected and cleaned debris from my rotors and let me know that nothing was wrong. When I went to pay for their service they said it was on the house. This seems to be an honest company with the customers best interest in mind. read more

I went to this business several times and never had an issue. I took my car to them to replace a brake cable on the rear drum brakes. On the drive home, my wife said the brakes felt funny and there was an odd noise. I switched cars with her and started driving home. I did notice the brakes felt a bit spongy, but nothing alarming. On the last mile stretch of my commute home, I suddenly heard loud banging coming from the rear. I pulled over and couldn't find anything. When I pulled in my driveway, I took my tire of and removed the drum. My adjuster arm fell out mangled.. It had come loose while driving spinning around inside, cracking my rear brake cylinder. I was incredibly lucky there was still enough of a seal to keep pressure in my brakes. At the end, they paid for a tow truck to get my vehicle and replaced all of the parts at no charge. I was still charged for the initial job. Did they attempt to make it right? Yes However, brakes are something you should be more careful with. I am happy their work failed quickly and not when we had our baby in the car. read more

These guys have great prices and awesome service. They could have easily upsold me on a $1000 wiring harness, but they were honest and told me exactly what part I needed to bring them to fix it at a cost of $40. They will also not treat you like an idiot regardless of your gender. My girlfriend had taken my car up there while I was at work and they didn't try to take advantage. I needed a tire rotation and had a slow leak on my Chevy 2500HD took it to 5 points for service in May (sorry for the delay in review) first thought leak was in bead seal had tire removed from rim bead cleaned tire reset day later tire low again took truck back and they cleaned rim and changed valve stems problem fixed don't know what exactly corrected it but it's fine. The return service was at no charge because the man at the counter said he would fix the issue and would work on it till he did that's great customer service this is now my foot place for auto service but be advised small parking area at the top of hill in a slight curve so getting in or out use caution. read more
