I've been here a few times, usually looking for parts. It costs $3 to get in, which is great for…read morethem because they get something from people who come to shop. Minimum age is 16, which is a bit annoying. A 12-15 year old can be of great help. So my son sat in the car. I brought with me a part I had designed to test fit - which I had done before, and I planned to buy a car console. This time they said no external parts come in because of theft. They used to just mark them. I had clearly made my part and it had my markings on it. Oh well. The staff were nice enough. The real benefit of this particular yard is that they have a pretty large selection. Just bring tools and don't tear stuff up, leave the rest in good condition. I found what I was looking for and ended up buying two items.

For the trim even the ity bitty small pieces they wanted to charge $7 a piece which added up to around $200 in trim, for the trunk they said that in order for the trunk to cost what it costs on the website it has to be a bare metal trunk, I've been to countless junkyards and for the trunk they charge it as just the trunk, for the trim they give you a bulk number usually around $10-$15. All those parts almost nobody needs, the car I came in for was never touched after being in there for a month, in the end they will probably just be thrown out or scrapped for nothing which is pretty sad because I could've used them just not for what they want and their attitude, the place is very understaffed and had a line of 10 people when trying to figure out why it costed so much. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

This is the most difficult place to work with. If you have an accident and one of these trucks show…read moreup have them take your vehicle to another lot with better hours and availability. They have short hours (they close at 5 - no weekend access) and sometimes if you show up during hours and they are busy they'll just tell you to just come back the next day or to make an appointment like it's no big deal. All while charging you daily storage. BUT you can pay a fee to see your vehicle after hours. How convenient for them not me. There's someone at the lot almost 24 hours but they won't walk you back for dozens of reasons. One person told me on the phone if I got there before sundown I could get to my car (the first call after my accident) but when I arrived I couldn't go back unless one of the drivers showed up and would walk me back on their own time. That's always their excuse. "Nobody's here with me". I've been trying to simply look over my car one last time before I verbally release it to my insurance so I avoid daily storage fees. They're closed today (the 5th of July) for the 4th of July holiday. So even though it's Monday the 5th they get to bill me for another day. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to be a little more accommodating. My car was in a hit and run - I'm trying to release it to insurance and the lot hours and policies are making things more difficult than losing a car already is. They have lots of trucks and will get you off the road quickly - but if you EVER need to have your car in the lot I recommend using any other place but here. AVOID THIS LOT.

When I picked my car up it was dark outside so I did see that the lining was completely off, you can see the glue that was used to hold the bumper side in place and the wrong paint was used. I took my car back the next morning, he assured he would fix it correctly. I told him I paid him $500.00 and I want my car fixed right. I called and texted him several times he didn't return any of them. Finally, I went back to the shop and he was there. I told him he's been given me the run around from 3 months now about fixing my car. This is what happens when you try to help your own people. I would NEVER recommend anyone to take their car to him. As the other individual said. It does look like a junkyard and people just standing around. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DAMN SHOP!!

But they took her insurance money as if they had in stalled a new bumper. They also only replaced one of her two front headlight packages. They invite her to bring the car back for proper repairs, but she spends her mornings taking care of kindergarten children and the grade school and is taking adult education classes in the afternoons and evenings at the college. I have been driving her everywhere while she was waiting for the car. She has no money, living lean an limited, cannot afford another car. This company was disrespecting her by "offering" to take her car back and do it right because they KNOW she has no other transportation options and she has already given them her insurance claim money. Shame on them. And, when you actually VISIT their shop, you will see that it looks like a junkyard with broken autos in various states of disrepair, with dust building up on them. The car is driveable but she was not given what she paid for. milkaTheAppreciator

How do you write a review about an angel without sending the reader floating away to Heaven? I…read moredon't know but I'm going to try to convey what a miracle experience I had with Travis Gentry. My once beloved Fiat 500X was due for inspection in 4 weeks. The check engine light had been on for months and the dealer stated it wouldn't hurt to drive it- they never told me the car wouldn't pass NC State inspection because of it. Ar'd that 4 wk point all of the dashboard system software lit up a panoply of impressive error messages and refused to start. Dealer across state line in VA wanted car towed there but didn't promise much. After this dealer charged me $2,000 to try to diagnose why the AC/backup camera stopped working only to say it would take an estimate of another $5,000 for some wire harness I decided NO. Salvage co in Greensboro offered me 8 cents per # ($200 total) if I towed it to them. So, the future looked bleak UNTIL Mr. Travis Gentry (the aforementioned ANGEL in disguise) came to my house, I briefly told him history and instead of towing it to a local dealer who offered me $500 on a trade in Mr. Gentry offered to take it to his workshop and run some tests. He was able to get the car running, properly diagnose what was wrong, and give a fair repair estimate. I CANNOT say enough good about this angel sent to me ONE day before the registration expired. I love his honesty, fair pricing, and above all his ethics which is a rarity in today's world. RECOMMEND Travis highly. You won't be disappointed.

The driver, Jason, arrived within 15-20 minutes of dispatch. He could tell I was upset. I was traveling from Virginia back home to Alabama when my car broke down in North Carolina. The closest dealership was in South Carolina, over a 2-hour drive in now 5pm traffic. Jason towed my doggy, my son, and me to the dealership, which had closed by the time we arrived. Then he drove us to a hotel and waited to make sure it was pet-friendly. I really appreciate his patience, time, and kindness. God puts us in the presence of good people with kind hearts. Jason is one of them. I can never thank him enough for today because, for a moment, I just wanted to cry and have a pity party on I-85 in 98-degree weather, with people blowing at me like I chose to sit on the side of the road, almost in the road. Thanks again, Jason, for all you do.-- Betty Washington

Andrew was super nice and very accomodating to an old man.
