This is now my go to Auto Center for all my automotive needs. William is smart, fast and honest, everything I have looked for but been unable to find in a mechanic. He is a good mechanic that will do the work right in front of you while you watch and will show you parts he has replaced so you know he really replaced the part instead of saying he did when he didn't like many mechanics will do. He will tell you what is wrong without inflating the problem to sound worse and will not tell you you need repairs you don't need. I urge you to try William at Freedom Auto Repair if you ever need your vehicle repaired. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Freedom Auto Repair and give them an A+ rating. More recently I dropped off two wheels to get new tires put on. They told me the tires would be delivered at 2:00/3:00 and they would put them on and call me back. I called around 4:45 just to check in as I was busy working and they said they were done. When I asked why they didn't call and let me know there was no answer. I needed these tires to do work of my own. In the two experiences I've had there the customer service and care seems extremely lacking. They may do good service but I won't be the one finding out.
