I called William at Freedom Auto Repair in Liberty and he took charge doing free diagnostic and fixing it the next day. I am sure glad I went and found this shop. This is now my go to Auto Center for all my automotive needs. William is smart, fast and honest, everything I have looked for but been unable to find in a mechanic. He is a good mechanic that will do the work right in front of you while you watch and will show you parts he has replaced so you know he really replaced the part instead of saying he did when he didn't like many mechanics will do. He will tell you what is wrong without inflating the problem to sound worse and will not tell you you need repairs you don't need. I urge you to try William at Freedom Auto Repair if you ever need your vehicle repaired. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Freedom Auto Repair and give them an A+ rating. Finally got them to agree to do it and they said it would be about an hour. I said okay can I come back in an hour. They removed me from the list and when I came back in an hour they had me wait an additional 2.5 hours. Not very good communication of expectation there. More recently I dropped off two wheels to get new tires put on. They told me the tires would be delivered at 2:00/3:00 and they would put them on and call me back. I called around 4:45 just to check in as I was busy working and they said they were done. When I asked why they didn't call and let me know there was no answer. I needed these tires to do work of my own. In the two experiences I've had there the customer service and care seems extremely lacking. They may do good service but I won't be the one finding out.
