I went in for an inspection a few months ago and they fought me because my truck was lifted and…read moredidn't want to use a floor jack to lift my truck because it wasn't worth the $13 the inspection cost. Finally got them to agree to do it and they said it would be about an hour. I said okay can I come back in an hour. They removed me from the list and when I came back in an hour they had me wait an additional 2.5 hours. Not very good communication of expectation there. More recently I dropped off two wheels to get new tires put on. They told me the tires would be delivered at 2:00/3:00 and they would put them on and call me back. I called around 4:45 just to check in as I was busy working and they said they were done. When I asked why they didn't call and let me know there was no answer. I needed these tires to do work of my own. In the two experiences I've had there the customer service and care seems extremely lacking. They may do good service but I won't be the one finding out.

Yes this truck was loud but he had no right to do that. Come to find out that he had two dogs in there, this is why he left it running. When the customers says something to him about it he becomes very aggressive to him and the other employees start running their mouths to him. Very unprofessional in this business for this. Liberty does not have a lot of places like this to go to but you can bet my family and friends will never spend another dime here. If this had been me the situation would have gone very bad for that employee. They received 1 star because you have to at least give one! This is a zero star review for their behavior to a paying customer.Do not go here for anything.

had them install a transmission in my vehicle in late May, 2023...process took a long time, little…read morecommunication from the business, had to follow up many times for updates. paid for the install of a remanufactured transmission with a three year warranty. finally got the vehicle back after several weeks in their shop. In October the transmssion failed. Took it to a transmission shop in New York, told them about the warranty. They called company on the warranty notice but there was no warranty on my transmission. The company had no record of Taylor's Garage purchasing a remanufactured transmission from them for my vehicle. New York mechanic said there was no ID sticker on the transmission which there should be. Taylor's employee told them that it must have fallen off. New York mechanic said they do not usually fall off and said he believed the transmission was rebuilt by Taylor's and that they did not purchase a remanufactured one with a warranty. I was given a Powertorque warranty page that said it was a national warranty but Taylor's said I had to bring it to their shop to have it fixed. I live in Connecticut and it failed in New york. In the process of taking action against them now to recoup the $4,600 I paid them. Employees were nice enough but terrible with communication and ultimately the owner charged me a higher cost for a remanufacured transmission with a warranty but installed a rebuilt one with no warranty that failed five months later.

My car just didn't turn on while I was out and everything regarding that problem had recently all been changed! So I was stranded and panicked I called Chris he was super nice and helpful he came out and was able to diagnose the problem then got to work on it immediately! Not only did he save the day but he made it better so 100 out of 10 do I recommend!! He fixed my car and had me back on the road in no time and his prices are amazing! I will be calling Chris mobile mechanics every single time!! Hopefully I don't need them any time soon but it if do I'm not worried about being stranded for long! Thank you soooo much for everything and for replacing my starter!
