I took my car in for wheel alignment after got new tires 6 months ago…read more The guy told me the shaking when I break is not because of wheel alignment, I need to change the routers and break pads on the front wheels. I then took the car in last week to do the work. Got the car back and the problem is STILL there..... and suddenly my car drives heavier, like a truck and is heavy on gas. It was not like this before. I took it back today .... and the guy says....oh, seems they changed the routers and break pads on the BACK wheels in stead of the FRONT WHEELS, as I was quoted for. And..... politely informed me that they didn't cause the fact that my car handles completely different since I left them last week. So.... I asked him, seeing that you DID NOT change the routers and break pads in the front, as they were supposed to and admits that they did it in the back in stead of the front wheels. I told them to undo what ever they did and give me my money back so I can take my car to a different place. To which is I was given a snide patronizing NO. And apparently because his poor ego cant handle a WOMAN disagreeing with him about her car, and my voice was on the same loudness as his, I was asked to leave. What a load of BS. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They have no honor! $600 and 5 hours of my life GONE and nothing to show for it except MORE issues!
