I came in early and it took about 1.5 hours. The lobby was clean and they had TV playing quietly. I was able to work from my laptop so the time passed by pretty quickly. The second time was for my roommates car. She'd been having issues and the first place we stopped at told her it was a loose gas cap and nothing to worry about at the moment. Then her car started steaming. So we came to Redmon's. Again we came in early, I don't think they take appointments so come in the morning. We told the front desk clerk what was going on and he had a few ideas what it could be. It seemed to match what I was thinking, coolant or some sort of leak for oil... so we opted to have them do a diagnosis and went on our way. They called us back about 2 hours later with a full report and everything seemed to match up. Honest and hard working people here. I really appreciate their patience for all of our questions and how fast they seem to work. We will continue to bring our cars here in the future.

I work nearby at Liberty Christian School. It was pick up time when one of the students noticed I had a flat tire. I've experienced so many problems from this same tire for the past few months. I've taken it for plugs and less than a month ago had it replaced for a new tire at multiple chain tire places. To see that it was flat again was a bit discouraging. I have a pump in my car because of so much trouble in the past so after pumping it up, a friend followed me to this haven. They plugged it for $7 and wouldn't take anything for labor (although I tried). I was worried because I feel I've been taken advantage of for so long because I don't know anything about cars. I feel so overwhelmed with gratefulness to my God for these people. I'm praying God will bless for this act of kindness. The tears of gratefulness are flowing now as I write this. My God will take care of me. He will never leave me nor forsake me. Even when my husband cannot be with me, I have a Heavenly Father watching over me.

I was checked in professionally and in a friendly manner, and had my car checked for possible causes. The problem was an exhaust leak. After discussing the pros and cons of having it repaired there rather than waiting until I was home were discussed frankly, and I decided to wait. I was not charged anything for the time they had spent with me and diagnosing the problem. I will definitely return there if I need help during another visit in the area.
