This is an adorable little restaurant that I suspect to be family run. It's decorated so cute and the staff is friendly-just like we were eating dinner in their home. We're ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. We probably wouldn't be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing.
