I called in an hour ahead of time and they told me once i came in they would get started WHICH THEY DID. usually people BS you and tell you you'll be serviced right away when in reality they just set your car aside, but these guys took only about an hour to get my car tinted ! I came in knowing almost absolutely nothing about tints. This was a place recommended by a couple of friends. So after long months of putting off tinting my windows I called to get a price for my car. Luckily the person who answered said there was a sale going on. So I took advantage. I went in the following day chose my percentage. The guy explained everything clearly and to the point. So I chose my percentage and left my car there. I arrived first thing in the morning and it was ready 45min or less as promised. Everyone is very nice and make you feel comfortable at the tint shop. They will answer any questions you have with full knowledge and expertise. Relax in their waiting room with a big screen tv and Netflix full of movies and shows to fill the time while you wait. This place is amazing. For many years we have tinted our vehicle windows, but we would always have trouble. One day about 6 or so years ago my husband stop by on his way home to look vision and had the company truck tinted. The work was amazing, he then decided to take all our personal vehicles. Around 3 years ago he took my Mercedez-benz gl450 to have the windows tinted. They window tint is still in excellent condition. I went this morning with out knowing that I needed an appoitment, the person that took care of me was amazing told me to give him my cell that they were all booked up but if they scheduled clears up they would call me. I ask of he could please do me a favor and give me enough time because I am coming from far. He said no problem, and when called me he told me an hour. I purchase a new Mercedez-benz glc300 and they tinted my front windows as you will see on the image they did an amazing job. The client waiting room is very nice and with a clean bathroom. Amazing service I have recommended this place to many friends and everyone has been satisfied. I fefentely recommend it and if they are busy os so worth the wait. So this review is for bring in my car for June 16, 2017. The day before, I called the shop to see if they were able to squeeze me in at 4pm since I called around 3:30pm. Daniel told me they had some cars they were working on and said if I can bring it the next day which was Friday. I decided to make the appointment to come in at 8am right when they open. Next day I arrived and immediately talked to Daniel to get started. I had an idea of what kind of tint film brands they had and also the percentage of darkness since me & Daniel where discussing it the day before on the phone. Plus I did some research on brands of window tint film such as 3M, Suntek, Formula one, Llumar, ASWF, Madico, Rayno, etc. I'm an auto enthusiast so I like to read up on things related to automotive and cars. After I looked at the options available for tint on their display wall I went with Rayno Phantom S5. The Phantom S5 is nano carbon ceramic film. Did 35% front windows, 5% rear & back door 20%. Out the door was $220 with paying cash. Other form of payment includes taxes so that's why I did the simple way, cash. From the moment I picked the tint, the guys got started right away on applying the film. I went in the waiting room and sat on some cool red retro seats. Grabbed a cold water bottle from the mini fridge and watched some tv while my car was getting done. They have netflix available to stream as well as television channels and free wifi for data usage. The two gentlemen that did the work were Giovanni and Axel. They did the job in less than an hour and it came out great. I thanked Daniel for the good customer service he provided. Also walked over to the workers and thanked them for the clean job they did. Their work is backed up by a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling and discoloration. Thanks to my neighbor that mentioned this place to go for tinting I walked out a happy customer. The prices are reasonable. There are a ton of other shops I could have gone to but I decided to give Kool Vision a try and I'm glad I did. I went back a week after to tell Daniel that the tint was still looking good the day I drove off with my car. Thank you Kool Vision and for everyone else stay cool with the tint! read more
