I read other yelp reviews before I called the place to see how much they would quote me for my 2013 VW Passat. The cost was on par with the rest so what really made me pick this place was the positive reviews from others. They did not let down. Axle helped me out and he did a great job. Car looks clean and it took about 1-1/2 hours. Very happy! My mom just bought the 2014 Passat TDi and she'll be bringing it there as well. read more

There isn't much to say... I had all my windows tinted with the KV Nano-Ceramic window tint. More expensive then the regular tint of course but I love it and it is definitely worth it the money. Big difference inside my car on those 100+ degree valley weather. In fact, I was so happy with the nano-ceramic tint on my car that day, that I made an appointment for today to get nano-ceramic tint on my windshield! That was two weeks ago today, still no regrets and I can't wait to get the windshield done later today to get the "all window" heat reduction experience. Thanks again guys! I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family! read more

Good business. Set up a Saturday appointment. Went in. Looked at all the different options. They got me out in under an hour. They are well priced and straight forward. I had other places quote me more. Or not quote me over yelp until you go to their business. I don't like bait and switch, cat and mouse tactics. Good job guys. read more

They got the job done in a timely manner and the results were fantastic! Definitely will refer people to these guys!

Kool vision window tinting has lived up to their name and my expectations. My wifes Honda CRV looks amzing with the recommended 35% window tint. The pricing was affordable, the comfort level was amazing, their customer service was nothing less than exceptional. Not to mention they had the 2014 FIFA world cup playing the whole time, "goal!!!". If you are looking for quality window tinting and getting R.O.I. then #koolvisionwindowtint is the what you want. Thank you guys! read more

Very pleased with this place. I have shopped for a few months now and found Jimmy @ Kool vision tint in winnetka. They are very informative on different grades of tint. And not at one point did I feel pushed to move forward. I went with the highest grade ceramic tint they have, and paid half the price of a quote I got for the lowest grade from another competitor. I know the only way this is possible is cut on their profits. Other places are making a killing on the ceramic tints. The crazy thing is people pay it cause they see a celebrity photo in the shop floor. But is it really worth paying $1000 for freakin tint? Not to me, and Im a gear head to the fullest. Point being I'm very pleased and happy great experience in my wallet and for my car. read more

Best tint job in the valley. The owner is super nice and prices are very reasonable. Very clean work. Will definitely be a forever customer.

Fast, hassle - free, and friendly! Called around 10am, to get an estimate on my Kia Spectra. Freddie, the guy who picked up the phone, was very professional and not only did he tell me what average price was, but he told me I can save $20 if I make an appointment now. JACKPOT! All other places I called needed an appointment (soonest was around 1pm, with pick up being 3pm) but this place was instant! I got my car to the shop and worked on 30 min later! Thanks guys for the speedy work! My car looks great now! And I get to use the $20 I saved on a Car Wash! read more

I came in not knowing much about what type and how dark the car tints could be. Giovanni and Axel were able to handle everything for me. Although you may need an appointment, they were able to start on my car right away. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of their work. Very professional. In addition, pricing for tints could be expensive but they were able to give me a better quote than all the other companies. I would recommend this tinting company to anyone! read more

Fantastic. Called on a Monday morning, 8 AM. They asked me if I would like to come in then. I did. They were done in just over an hour. Ended up taking care of my wife's car after mine. Same with her: 1 hour, maybe 15 minutes. Quality of work was impeccable. The car looks insane. Sprung for the heat resistant stuff, but not really able to tell until April or so when the hot weather returns (they did show me the demo with the heat lamp though). Either way, highly recommend Kool Vision. They were kind, quick and experienced. read more

I 1000% recommend Kool Vision window tinting. Their customer service is the best. I was messaging with Jackson to set my appointment. Very prompt with responses and very clear with what to expect when I showed up. I was even more amazed with their company when I showed up. I was greeted as soon as I got there. They helped me pick the perfect tint for my car. When I picked up my car after they were finished it was perfect! They couldn't have done a better job! Pretty simple. Got an online quote through yelp, called and made an appointment a few days later for 1:00. They started almost immediately and about 1 1/2 later ... done. Price was the same as quoted. Quite a few options too regarding shade and type. Would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

Great quality and fast service. They have a waiting room with refreshments and restroom while you wait. Good selection of tints and knowledgeable manager, Freddy. Came in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in no problem. Only cons are that their prices are higher than most (even after negotiating), and they don't explain the laws on tinting unless you ask detailed questions first. Still worthy of 4 stars, almost 5. read more

I went to get my windows tinted yesterday (10/26/16) without an appointment and Daniel took me right away! There were no cars ahead of me so we got started immediately. He helped me choose the right tint and gave me great info about if you get pulled over due to tints etc. He was clear on the price and after care of the car. I waited in their waiting room and it was very nice! Huge TV, water and nice bar stools. I waited for about an hour and then my car was ready to go! I had a great experience and I definitely recommend coming here! Thanks Daniel! read more

Kool Vision Window Tinting - Working on my car - Home Window Tinting Near Me - Winnetka, California

Quality work and fair pricing. I like how they have somewhat of an enclosed bay - they slide a plastic curtain over opening. I took another car of mine to a small shop in Van Nuys where the prices were dirt cheap and the tint started peeling within two weeks. Learned my lesson and will be back at Kool Vision if I ever need another job. They did a great job and I was happy with how they cleaned up/wiped down the inside of the vehicle after the job was completed. read more

It was a fast simple process and the work was top notch. My car came with the back windows tinted but not the fronts. I got a 35% tint and it was done in about 30 to 40 minutes. It was around 10AM on a Friday. I was driving by 10:45AM. Simply awesome, fast service. read more

I called and spoke with Hank who was pleasant and gave me 1) a decent price and 2) a same day appointment, for two vehicles. I arrived on time, completed a form for each vehicle, and advised I was dropping one vehicle and had to go across the Valley to get the second. Upon completing my forms, he immediately tried to upsell me. "Would you like this option for an additional $280 (btw, this was for one vehicle)?" No, I replied. He continued with "ok, we also have this one for an addition $40 per vehicle." I told him no, I just wanted the basic tint. I proceeded to leave as we had finished our discussion to get the the second vehicle, across the Valley. An hour went by, when he calls to ask me "which tint did you want?" Now this is AFTER I was in the shop. As I am not across the Valley, and an hour had already gone by. UPSET! We have two vehicles he is supposed to do and he hasn't even started? Why? Because he forgot to ask me while I was in the shop, which tint I wanted!!! I return to the shop, where he tells me "I tried to call you 6 times." That was funny as my phone only showed once and that was when we talked about not choosing a color. He continued "well the calls didn't go through," and tries my number as I stood next to him. Suprise..... it went through as I stood there. He says "I will give you $20 off the first vehicle, and $10 off the second." Ok, but he continues "we can only do one today." What? You have got to be kidding me! He made the appointment for both cars. He told me that he could do them, and now he 1) forgets to ask me what tint I want, and 2) now he can only do one vehicle? NOPE! Sorry, I will take my business elsewhere. I made arrangements to fulfill his agreement, and he didn't deliver! Thanks but NO THANKS Hank. I told him it was OK, and that I would take my two vehicles somewhere else to have them tinted. Why tell a customer you can do the job, have them come in, then you fail to deliver. HORRIBLE! Poor management and horrible customer service!!! Beware. read more

I had a great experience at Kool Vision Window Tinting. First off, Daniel was really friendly and honest over the phone. I called several locations before Kool Vision and got various sales gimmick. GREAT SERVICE ! Kool Vision Window Tinting did a GREAT job on tinting my car. I have a 2012 honda sedan civic and it came out looking amazing. They showed me what they did and told me that if anything happens to bring it back in because i have life time warranty, which is a plus ! The pricing was very reasonable. I called in an hour ahead of time and they told me once i came in they would get started WHICH THEY DID. usually people BS you and tell you you'll be serviced right away when in reality they just set your car aside, but these guys took only about an hour to get my car tinted !
