Even after going back for a touch-up, the work never improved. I switched to a second stylist for balayage, hoping for better results. On my most recent visit, I came in only for a toner and specifically asked for a golden honey blonde. Instead, I left with a dark, cool brown color that was the complete opposite of what I requested. Before I even left the salon, the stylist and other staff were trying to wash the color out, which made it clear it was wrong. The stylist knew I was unhappy, but I had a work event that night and had no real option but to leave. I called the salon the next day to have it fixed and was told there was no availability for two weeks. When I finally came back in, the stylist didn't even dry my hair--so there was no way to properly see whether the color had been corrected. Overall, this salon is overpriced, stressful, and inconsistent. Given the cost, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for client requests. I did not receive that and would not recommend this salon.
