I have been increasingly unhappy with my cuts. I had a haircut several weeks ago and I did not get anything remotely close to what I asked for and lost many months of growth in the process. It's not the first time. I keep trying "one more time" but I'm throwing in the towel. I feel like it's really hard to get a current stylish haircut here as well. I got what I specifically asked not to. When I messaged the owner his reply was that he's been doing this forever and does not make mistakes. I had huge chunks of hair cut out in the most awkward spots. The only thing I can do is either cut it very short or wait many months. I wish I had cancelled my appointment. read more

The salon was very nice and the owner was welcoming but I asked for 3 inches off in a U shape women's haircut and i ended up leaving with 6 inches off in a straight across cut. It would be a really nice cut if it was what I was wanting but unfortunately it wasn't. I am a little upset I was not listened to and told that I had too much hair and it's better this way. Would go again and try a different stylist because I do like the location, salon, and price. read more

Then, I followed him when he started working at Mancini de Paris in Arlington. Over the past 10 years, I have never been disappointed because he has such a gift for what he does! A perfect cut and blowout every time so now, he does the hair of my three stepdaughters, too. I am so thrilled that he has opened his own salon. He is meticulous and the salon and spa are amazing. He's personable and the salon is family run, so, while I don't color my hair, his sister in law works the coloring side and his wife is there, too. No one is more deserving of having their own salon. The new shop is fresh and clean and my first cut was, as always, was a top notch experience. I love that Adil not only gives me a great looking cut, but also patiently sets me up to look good between cuts. I've been going to Adil for a decade and have followed him from S to N Arlington. He is awesome - he cuts hair, his wife Nancy does color (although I've had color with other staff members and they are all great). He is super flexible, will fit you in no matter what, and consistently does a terrific job. I live out of state now but still plan appointments with him when I'm in Arlington. Five stars! read more

I have been been a client of Adil's for 3 years now and I'm obsessed! He's the only person that I let touch my hair now. He's absolutely amazing, very polite and courteous and always makes time for you even when its last minute. His salon is super clean and the staff is very welcoming. I've never left out of his chair disappointed he understands my needs and my hair type. I came to his salon one day in tears because i had a freak accident that matted my hair really bad and I couldn't untangle. Unfortunately the only solution was to cut the matted part and he tried his best to salvage what he could. He did amazing considering how bad it was, and a month later my hair has grown so quickly I can hardly believe it! Go to Linda for color! She is amazing! I have been going to see Linda for about 20 years. From my thirties when color was more for fun, to my fifties when the gray has made it more challenging. I have tried others a couple of times ( if she was away), but it's just best to wait for her. After your color, stay and have Adil give you the perfect cut and blowout. I will not let anyone else touch my face- even before I go on vacations or out of town I make sure I see her first.
