Apart from her sneering affect, she made unwarranted, vicious little personal comments. She interrupted me when I asked a few routine questions, snapping at me as if I were a "bad dog." And she made it clear--loudly--that my insurance would not cover necessary follow up procedures and challenged me to come up with cash. WOW. I mean, WOW!

The last time I was there I saw Dr. Oluremi Ogunsanya for a consultation, and I have to say it was among the most unpleasant encounters I have ever had with a medical professional. Dr. Remi, as he was introduced to me, badgered me, treated me like a child, questioned my referring dentist's diagnosis/credentials and just generally acted like a rude, arrogant teenager. He never even looked in my mouth. I ended up getting my referral back and going to a place that is way less convenient simply because a) if I want to get yelled at, I will ask my boss to extract my tooth, b) he seemed pissed off at me in a way that felt almost personal, although based on other reviews out there, it appears to just be the way he is, and c) I didn't want to give him any of my money. When I went back for the referral and a copy of my X-rays, I could tell from the front desk employees that I was not the first, even though I never said a word about why. And I see other reviews right here on Yelp that have to be about this same doctor. Dr. Amrani is great, but I would be wary of Dr. Ogunsanya.

Dr. Schwartz and his staff did everything in their power to ease my mind from the second I arrived till I was ready to leave. My first removal healed quickly and without issue and I credit that to their great after care instructions. He was able to remove all of my teeth without breaking them and with no discomfort (you won't even feel the IV for the anesthesia - he has a gift!). On top of Dr. Schwartz being an amazing doctor his staff is the best I've ever encountered! His front desk staff is always lovely and easy to communicate with.
