Please Beware this place charges more then displayed price for the items, I came in to buy some bagels and the posted price on the display was $1.79 but sales lady charged me $2.21. When I asked why is she charging more she rudely said this is what is on my computer. So they are wrongfully overcharging you all. I usually don't pay any attention on prices but this time another customer had the same problem with another item so I paid attention on my charges. I did not buy anything in this store this time and walked away. This is unethical and immoral and illegal to overcharge without the consent of the customer. I am going to report this to authorities. Really great maple bars! Maple bars are my favorite donut and this place makes great ones! The lady who is there on weekday mornings (early) is always SO nice and helpful. I enjoy getting my donuts from her. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is not because of the donuts...they are great (I have also had the chocolate bars and cinnamon rolls), it is because of the lady who is there on the weekends. A different lady, with very poor customer service is there on the weekends. She is rude and unfriendly, and customer service is important to me. OMG best donuts I've ever had! My Mom and Pop went in yesterday and picked some up before closing and brought them home. Usually the donuts at the end of the day in most donut shops are a bit stale but we were craving them anyway and decided to give this place a shot. These were so fresh! They were iced beautifully and so yummy! Even today as breakfast they are so good. Props to the baker because they were perfectly proofed and fried. Not too greasy or oily. They also picked up some Thai tea with boba and jeez it was some of the best we've ever had. It was perfectly sweet and the boba was soft and chewy (perfection!). The lady who helped them out was so nice too. They didn't catch her name but she was nice enough to give them an extra bear claw with apple filling (huge and DELICIOUS). Great donuts, great service! Place has a lot of options and things that look amazing. But customer service for me is a huge thing. The lady that helped me and my son had a terrible attitude with the customer before us and I should have left then. when asked about anything she would rudely say I don't know, I don't know how to do that, I don't know what's in that item. If your new or helping out and truely don't know that's one thing but there is a way to put it or find out not to make your customers feel like they are getting in your last nerve or a huge inconvenience to you from the second they walk in the door. read more

Rude, TERRIBLE SERVICE, and donut! 2:00pm. Oct 4, 2022. First visit resulted in an Undercooked donut that cost $2.80 and no coffee available. I took one bite, brought it back to lady at counter, who did not offer refund just another same type of donut bar. I declined because it could have been undercooked also. Then She called someone on the phone before finishing helping me. I asked her why she was on the phone and she said she had to call her boss so the cook doesn't undercook this type of donut. I was blown away she would do that before helping solve my issue. She told me to not get upset because she is on the phone with her boss. I tried to tell her I would take a different type of donut but she was so flustered I told her to keep the donut, keep the money. Hard to believe she couldn't wait to call her boss until she solved my problem with one undercooked donut bar. I will NEVER go there again. read more

This was our first visit, we wanted to treat the family to some donuts. I wanted to visit a small business to help due to covid making it harder on businesses. They had a large assortment, at first the worker was nice. Further along as we were trying to select our donuts, the worker seemed to be getting irritated.
