Amazing chicken ! Very much worth the wait and the place is so clean ! Very expensive but I believe that you get what you pay for and this so worth it !

I finally decided to go inside rather than sit in the car waiting for the food. The location is very simple, neat, and clean. The customer service was great. The food is AMAZING! We greatly enjoy the chicken! We have tried many flavors and I have no doubt that you can't go wrong. The fries are sooo good, well, at least to me they are. I suggest you give it a try, I believe it will be worth it.:)))

On my most recent visit to Lubbock, my son found us this new spot to try. Excitement kicked in as I was excited to get some good KFC in Lubbock of all places. The restaurant was easy to find and we saw the place was pretty packed. The cashier was super friendly and gave us her best recommendations. If you have had Korean fried chicken before, you know there will be a wait for the food. The crunchy texture is achieved by a double fry. We knew that, so the wait time was not an issue for us. I ordered the drumstick plate with a side of fries and salad (coleslaw). Their fountain drink were out, but they did have bottled drinks for purchase. Our food came out and we dug right in. The drumsticks had to be the biggest I have ever seen. I wasn't sure if 3 legs would fill me up but I barely made it through 2. They were fried to perfection with the crispy exterior, but nice and juicy inside. I got the hot crispy flavor which I was told was pretty spicy. Though the chicken was beautifully made, the flavors were lacking. I could faintly taste any flavor and it had a slight heat. My spice tolerance is high, so that may explain that. My son got the crispy strips and he said they were good. Both our fries and waffle fries were your basic run of the mill frozen fries with absolutely no seasoning on them. We also ordered fried dumplings which were very tasty. Overall, this isn't a bad spot by any means. My flavor choices might have been wrong this time around. I know they put out a good product by how packed and busy this place was on a random weeknight. I will probably give them another chance at some point.
