The progression of the meal makes sense, and the quality of the fish is exceptional. The assortment of bluefin tuna in particular was something I've only encountered at a couple of Michelin starred omakase experiences. Chef Patrick is fantastic behind the counter. He's fun, engaging, and clearly knows his craft. He explains each course as he presents it without making the experience feel overly formal. With only about six or seven seats at the counter, this is a genuinely intimate dining experience where you actually get to interact with the chef throughout the meal. A couple of suggestions if you can get a reservation: Pay the extra $35 and turn the 15 course experience into 19 courses. I did, and it is absolutely worth it. Go while it's still $130 per person.
