I like to buy them all especially the people that don't have families at least a new outfit of clothes and maybe some aftershave or something if they use it so I had to find some pants for a gentleman veteran in my nursing home it was 5X I called down this particular Burlington Coat Factory Woonsocket spoke to Emily on the phone and she has said hold on one man. I'll go look for you Eye at the time did not know what she was doing. When she came back because yes, I have like five or six pair. I'm looking for the navy blue black or gray. She said I have some of those right there on the rack told me where they were and stuff I saw me about 20 minutes. Show all the stories in case it be like 20 minutes was actually 18 from where I was at in Franklin. I got down there. I finally found the pants I spoke to the exact Girl had talked to me on the phone very very nice. She said she's only a temporary worker. She comes in and works like three or four months to the holidays every year she showed me where she might get back to the phone. Is that because she had taken in and found all five pairs of pants that I needed it and put them all together in the same section of the rack, even though the sizes weren't together so I didn't have to keep searching to the rack to get what I wanted, which was amazing. And then I was able to get two pairs of pants both under $12 which is really hard with having a triple X or whatever size pants and then she asked if you go with anything else I was looking for like a cardigan sweater that was react and couple of things she helped me. We couldn't find the three eggs but she did help me to find a 2X sweater for my son for Christmas. That was only 1099 and a couple other things. I was just so upbeat and positive with the experience that I spent the time talking to the manager about 10 minutes before I left to tell how amazing the young girl was, and how helpful of a board she went to make sure that their customer was fully satisfied with the purchase and didn't need anything else to me that says it all that means she really cares about her job and cares about the company and wants u to come back and want you to be happy I do go particular store anyway anyways, but I have never answered this girl before but I'm sure glad I met this girl today. Emily is a true person that you would want to have in your store encouraging your customers to buy because she looked at several different racks and Rob kept bringing me back things to see if I was looking for and a couple of things, but they were just more than I could consciously be allowed to pay because of the fact that I'm buying these gifts for patients in my nursing home and then I'll have to pay me back so it's all out of my pocket. So that's why I have to go to I can afford, but I appreciate everything she did thank you again.

The Woonsocket store has really gone down hill. When we went in at 9 am when store just opened it…read morelooked like a tornado had gone through it. There was merchandise thrown on the floor. There was clothing thrown over the racks. The shelves looked a mess. It looked like stuff was just put anywhere. And even the cashier bays had merchandise piled up. The store looked like no one had cleaned it for weeks. Only one cashier who was being trained. To bad this store used to be nice now it looks like a dump.

They have spots for maybe six registers too! That's awful! I don't buy much here but I'll notice the people in line have full carts which add to the long checkout times! The cashier has apologized for the long wait and is doing the best he can. But no other workers come up to help them, and they're so busy they can't call for help. While the lines get longer and longer. It's disappointing they have to deal with this. This store looks like it does good business so they should be staffing at least 3 cashiers on register. I'm not coming back to this location for a while. I do find some cool stuff, but it's not worth waiting in the long lines for one thing. The guy who cashed me out last night looked insanely annoyed and frustrated. I don't blame him! I came here today because I was looking for patches to start a battle jacket. I already have the denim jacket, but it's big. I opted to have it tailored instead of buying another one. I took the jacket to one tailor earlier today, he took one look at it and said there's nothing he can do with it. Eye roll... I went here and May, she can do pretty much anything and everything! Her work is incredible and top of the line. She was able to get me measured and showed me the alterations she was gonna make on the jacket. We saw other people trying on things in the aisles too, They need fitting rooms, Not just for customers but also for the fact they probably would sell more. Specifically the toilet stalls! The last two times I've used the men's bathroom here, the toilets were not clean and the bowl was covered and full of shit. Idk what type of demonic individual is coming to Target and destroying their toilet with Taco Bell, but can you STOP??!!! Tonight was even worse! The first stall had a nasty concoction of bowel discharge, used paper, and sewage water. Thank the heavens I couldn't smell it. It would NOT flush and I had to go BAD! The next stall wasn't much better, but I didn't have a choice. There was poo poo splatter on the toilet seat. (Don't worry I didn't put my whole ass on the seat. I don't want E. coli or hepatitis.) After I did my business... THAT TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH EITHER! What type of unholy toiletry nonsense is this???!! Is Target's bathroom the new place to unleash bumhole hell these days??? Both toilets are out of commission. I had to alert an employee of this tragedy and they fully understood as if this is the norm here. I'm surprised the whole store doesn't reek of a waste processing plant with how much suffrage these poor potties go through!

I waited at the customer service/returns desk for 15 minutes... NO ONE was there .. I asked another employee if they could call someone and they said I'm sorry I don't work in this department, but I'm sure someone will be here soon and walked away.. all I needed to do was check a merchandise credit I had since you can't check it on the app. I was very frustrated at this point, but the girl who did come over to help me was very kind and friendly. I get that sometimes it's really busy and overwhelming, but if that's the case, they need to hire more employees.. because no one else was waiting in that customer service area so I have employees bouncing from register to floor to customer service that's definitely a problem.
