Can I leave a negative review.... Literally went just for shoes... I normally love Kohl's and spend a lot of money within that store. No longer. My son found shoes and we went to ask if they had another shoe in back... lady went in back and looked for the shoe.... When I went to reach for them she instantly said oh no you can't have them I have to give them to the lady upfront so they don't get stolen. WTF was going to ask my son to try both on to see if they fit well. But nope already in this lady's head she thought we were going to steal! Talk about racial profiling at its finest! I went into the kohls this past weekend because I had a question about a piece of clothing & couldn't find anyone near the department to help me. When i did find someone, I was completely ignored. They were just talking and chatting instead of helping. It was very unprofessional. One of the woman had blonde hair and I later asked the woman at the register for the girls name and it was Madison. read more

The cashier at the Kohl's store in Lorain was extremely rude to my wife and me. I lived and worked in the Washington DC area for 35 years. i shopped at Kohl's often and never received such an attitude from any of the Kohl's employees. I'll never shop at this Kohl's location again. This employee should not be working in a customer service business. read more

Kohl's is one of my go to places when I am looking for new clothes. I recently got a bunch of Kohl's cash from my purchases and rewards account. They don't seem to have many great sales and coupons in the middle of the week. I have learned that it is usually best to go on the weekends if you are looking for a great deal. I was able to find a nice gift for my husband for Christmas and I didn't spend anything since I had all that Kohl's cash. I liked how the cashiers were wiping down their counters and credit card machines in between customers. There is also someone standing near the entrance to wipe down carts. read more

Wouldn't refund the correct amount due because they train their cashiers to scan a friends and family coupon without your consent when checking out. So you get what refund they think you should get and then explain it extremely rude and just over all nastiness and unprofessional. Second time this has happened to me. Never shopping at KOHLS ever again. Overpriced. Rude customer service manager. It was Almost like she was ready to fist fight about it. I do not understand this attitude problem. I came here during the Christmas rush, just after Christmas but before New Year's, and there were quite a few people in here, and I happened to catch a couple of sales, so I made out like a bandit on what I wanted to get (read men's leather belt & wallet for less than $10, 75% off). The main aisle only isn't all that big with stands in the middle of them all around the store, and it can be difficult to navigate through the different areas, but all in all, a higher-end store in my opinion, this particular branch is in a nice location on a main street, about 3/4 to 1 mile from I-90, so it's not bad at all, all things considered. read more

If you are a minority chances are they will follow you around the store non-stop with no reason to do so. Little do they know I make more money then they do! I was even told from the associate once I paid for my items "I didn't think you were going to buy all of this" after I heard that, I had no choice but to ask for my money back and leave! I was so livid and hurt. Do not support this location. I bought an expensive pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on 6-16-18. Clerk handed me the glasses in a bag...I asked if they came in some type of case, she said no just this cardboard box????? I can't imagine paying $143 for sunglasses and getting them put into a bag or a cardboard box, didn't even really check w/anyone or look any further. Very disappointing. Also picked up jeans I ordered and when we went to leave, the alarm went off at the door, girl said it's probably the sunglasses, looked at them and put them back in the bag. Went to leave again and the alarm went off a second time. This time she checked the jeans and said we were good. Went to leave and the alarm went off a third time, she said it's probably the sunglasses so just go ahead. Got home and took the jeans out of the bag, and sure enough...there was the plastic security tag on the jeans. So now I have to return to the store to have that removed! Very bad experience from just one day! read more
