They had sale signs up everywhere 20% off and when I got up to the register the cashier told me if you use your Kohl's card you can get 30% off and I said, Wow Ok He rang my items up $169.00 dollars and then he told me it only took 30% off one item. Because they just have certain clothing and other items that they can take 30% off of. I am constantly getting coupons on my phone 20 to 30% off but they don't tell you to get the discounts it can't be name brand clothing or Items. It is mostly Sonoma clothing. I have bought that brand before and it doesn't wash up good and they stretch out and then don't look good when you wear them. I have shopped at Kohl's for years and I knew they do this But sometimes you just have to say i am DONE. If you can't honor your coupons then you are not getting my money!!

From my experience, no matter the location, Target standards are consistent and don't disappoint. It usually attracts normal customers and the aisles are usually fully stocked neatly.
