Even though I didn't have an appointment, Mr. Januzzi allowed me to take all the time I needed to pick out the best shoe my feet felt comfortable in. He never rushed me to make a decision. I told my husband on the way home, "wouldn't it be wonderful if all stores gave the customer service that I received from Mr. Januzzi. They wouldn't have to increase their prices to excessive amounts. If they gave good custome service they would have more business than what they could handle". Mr. Januzzi is a warm hearted, kind person. God broke the mold have he created Mr. Januzzi. If you want excellent customer service and shoes, pay a visit to Januzzi's Footwear Solutions. I wish I had gone to his store a long time ago When the shoes I bought wear out, I will go back to Januzzi's for anothe pair. I highly recommend Januzzi's Footwear Solutions. Sometimes you can find Limited brand denim. They do carry plus sizes I love rummaging through the accesorie section. You can sometimes find some cute necklaces and blingy earings

Staff is friendly, however there are times they cannot be found. The biggest downfall is the self checkout. It's a mess. Put too many items away too fast you have to wait. Scan too fast? Wait. Move the wrong way? Wait. Now, this wouldn't be a problem...if there was a checker to help. But they're never there when I am. So you wait FOREVER. Time is my most precious expediture and I often skip Meijer to avoid spending it.

Purchased a pellet grill sales guy bragged how they put together grills. By time I got home 5 miles…read moreup road 6 screws came out and grill almost fell apart.all other screws and bolts were soo loose they were barely hanging together. Called Sales guy Huck he said we only hand tighten. I was never told that.he said bring it back. Hell no I'm not trying to load it and transport it.
