Not only that but more importantly, I had ordered a pair two pair of jeans. My measurements were already in their computer system so they knew how to tailor them to my needs. Unfortunately when they were sent to me, they were just off. I brought them back in and Brian helped me. He said they would adjust them to my satisfaction and if that still didnt work, they would start over with a brand new pair because they wanted to make it right. I have had nothing other than great experiences going to Ticknors for all of my clothing needs. I highly recommend.

Bryan is one of the managers there and he does an excellent job, They do have sales at times on high quality clothes. It's a store that you would visit when you want to get that special something for that hard to find person. It can be pricey, but good clothes usually are. Yes, an appointment is requested to allow for the individualized care and service you will need. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We would never walk into a doctor's office, and expect to be seen, without an appointment; it is the same principle. I might add, it is the same care and concern given. Also, the owners have an incredible amount of stock and hard to fit sizes. If they do not have your size/width, they will order it straight to your home. They do have a return policy. This is not your self-serve factory we have become accustomed to, but it just might be that personalized service we remember as a child. And yes, Jacuzzis was in business way back then, and even before that I encourage you to visit their establishment - with an appointment - especially if your feet hurt or you want to keep them from hurting. Januzzis is a standout as are its owners.
