I was at my cousin's house located closer to the nearby Walmart, so I stopped there first. Luckily I remember Walmart isn't with the modern times and doesn't even take Apple Pay, before I walked in and wasted my time. Luckily this Target was close by, my preferred store. From my experience, no matter the location, Target standards are consistent and don't disappoint. It usually attracts normal customers and the aisles are usually fully stocked neatly. I love the ease of paying with my Target app, Walmart could never beat that! read more

A lovely Target! Everyone is wearing a mask, hand sanitizer is supplied, cart wipes are available, and social distancing is enforced at checkout. It's all self check-out at the moment. Adequately stocked. Well staffed. We were able to find everything we needed to move our kid into his Oberlin College dorm. I enjoy shopping at Target. But, this store has the slowest and most terribly- run front-end. I get that Target doesn't prioritize customer service like they did years ago; but cashiers giggling with their friends who are customers while ignoring the 10-person-deep line that's growing doesn't cut it. This was literally the cleanest and most organized Target I've ever been in. Whomever is running this spot has it down to a well-oiled machine. It felt safe during the pandemic and all the associates were wearing their masks CORRECTLY, which I deeply appreciated. I would definitely recommend this spot to shop. It wasn't overcrowded and I was able to find everything we needed on our obscure list. Other than that, it's the dependable Target experience you're looking for. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the parking lot is exceptionally dark at night. I can't get a good read on the immediate area this in, but I wish the parking lot could be more well lit for single female shoppers walking back to their cars. read more

Target is my go to shopping spot for all sorts of items. I mostly went because I needed some storage totes and the Christmas ones were on sale. I only go to Target for my totes because they have a specific style that I like. It didn't seem overly crowded like I imagined with it being right after the holidays. We got all the items we had on our list. There were employees wiping down carts and the self checkout after each use, which I appreciate. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Target. We all do. You go in for bodywash and come out with a new rug, towels and shelving. It's a vortex. This one.....So nice. The Starbys is a nice touch for sure. Not only is Target taking money but I feel like mommy need some coffee and oh look a Starbys right after I checkout! When I go in here, I feel like I have it together and I'm just getting the bodywash. Everything is so organized and the bodywash I get is where where lotion is and not the other washes. It's bougie and I love it. The staff here always points in the right direction and helps with my random asks like where are the plastic pitchers for ice tea. If you're wondering why I'm not giving my love 5 stars, well, I was looking for black christmas ornaments this past holiday season like everyone else apparently and instead of going into yet another store and walking around crazily, I called. I got transferred twice then hung up on. I was shocked and appalled because my love has never done me so bad. I think I have Stockholm Syndrome. read more

I shop here quite frequently, it's right off the highway and right down the street from the Cleveland Clinic and the Metroparks location. I like Target and by no means am I going to stop shopping at Target but after today's interaction with a CSR at the return desk, perhaps I will stop shopping at this particular location. My elderly mother asked I purchase two items for her, but when I presented her with the items, she decided she didn't want them anymore and asked that I return them. The items were not opened. I returned to the store the following day to return these items. I had my receipt, which I presented to the CSR. The items were purchased with cash and partly with a credit card. In a very RUDE tone, he asked me "What is wrong with it"? Why not ask "What is the reason for the return" instead? I told him the reason why, but why do you have to treat people like that? I would also like to point out that I rarely return items at Target. If you are having a bad day, don't take it out on customers and don't treat them like criminals. read more

I love target and the store is no exception well they may not have as much food variety the store is always clean bathrooms always clean and friendly helpful staff. I normally don't purchase anything from the food counter but today yummy smell of popcorn permeated the store and drew me in. The fresh popcorn was warm and delicious without an overly salty taste. I did half caramel and half butter. Great breakfast..right! I was a little disappointed in my stop at the Starbucks in the store. They must've run out of lives so they were using solo lids for the beverages instead of traditional Starbucks and they seemed a little flimsy and cheap, but the beverage an iced tea was great so no real complaints. read more

Buyers beware!!! Do not purchase electronics, TV from Target. Only 30 day return policy. Purchased a TV for my mother, she passed away few days after purchase. Did not use. Just having a chance to go thru items. Explained to Manager - she said policy is 30 day returns. So many stores who have great selection of electronics, TV's and much more flexible return policy. Will not purchase from Target again. Very poor Customer Service!! read more

This is a standard box store in the suburban Mecca Hell, that is Ohio. I went here before Christmas and found just what I needed for insincere gifts that somehow translate into "I love you, Mom and Dad." As suspected, there were a zillion people shopping on Christmas Eve, for what I'm sure was, last minute gifts for people that unexpectedly showed up at their houses with their son. Hey, he just met her at a bar last week... why not expose her to Ohio family Christmas and get it over with, right? That's how we do here in the "O". I got through the store and line in under an hour, despite being directed from my perfectly fine moving line to another line which moved much slower... powers of perception, be damned. Thanks Target, for the gifts, the reminder of what it's like to live here and the fact that I only resort to this type of heathen behavior once a year. read more

I've been to MANY a Target and was very pleasantly surprised by this one. The first I've been to with fresh produce and meat. Decent clearance selection that's not picked over. Great selection of regular merchandise (much more than the SANDUSKY store). And when my toddler made a mess they didn't complain once and cleaned it up! Also the Starbucks peeps are very kind and friendly - not something you get often in the store versions of that business. We will be back! read more

"Expect what you pay for, get less". Two weeks ago my girlfriend and I shopped at this store. She purchased several items and we left. A few days later when she was putting them away she discovered we had two items missing. Returning to the store we found that they had no record of the items being in their "left behind" log. They however said they would look into it and call us back in a couple of days. Two weeks later, having not heard anything, i call and check with them. Finally their store security called me back 20 minutes after she started her shift. I was informed that they had reviewed the tapes and i was seen leaving with my full purchases. When i questioned weather they had tracked the items mentioned as the first assoicate had said theyd do, i was told bluntly that the security had reviewed the tape and i was seen leaving with my full purchases. So not only am i out my money and merchandise, now im basically being told im a liar. Thanks target, now i know why i should only shop walmart. read more
