He said they would adjust them to my satisfaction and if that still didnt work, they would start over with a brand new pair because they wanted to make it right. Bryan is one of the managers there and he does an excellent job, They do have sales at times on high quality clothes. It's a store that you would visit when you want to get that special something for that hard to find person. It can be pricey, but good clothes usually are. When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

They mixed up my order COMPLETELY and ended up stealing 6 pairs of my clothing and never told me about it until I looked in the basket of my clothes and saw a few items were missing... after I already was home I call them up and all Emily had to say about it was "oh I'm sorry here let me go talk to the lady who looked through your clothes" when she was the one who looked through it. Not only did they take my clothes and not tell me about it, but ended up giving me less than 20 dollars worth when they were all brand names. I also gave them brand new purple vans that costed over 60 dollars (mind you they say they take 1/3 of the original price and that's what they give you) and they told me they would give me $8.00 for it!! All they want are "trendy clothes" but half of their clothes look like they are from 2013 or something you saw on Pinterest when you were in middle school. I'm so upset that Plato's is like this now. Will not recommend this store to anyone.

Since it was a three day celebration I had to buy shoes for three different dresses. Long story short, I found two pairs of dressy sandals and shoes in the clearance area. I've always had problems with shoes and figured if I would take flats with me if I couldn't wear them all night. All three pairs were super comfortable and I can't wait to wear them again. The two pairs I bought the one day were normally $80 each, with discounts and coupons I paid around $72 for both pairs! The first pair I bought was $30 or so. The employees there were wonderful and real patient as I looked for email with discount codes.
