Okay so we just came BACK to return that as well as a pair of socks that came to our HEELS (by the way these are no show). The girl was having trouble with the machine so she calls her manager over. The manager actually argues back and forth that the socks are supposed to be to ur heel. TO UR HEEL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! The first girl also was huffing and puffing and acting annoyed over the whole fact. Oh im sorry, my mom just casually spent over 100 dollars on these items. Sorry if we are an inconvenience to ur day. The girl told us since the socks were open she cant give a refund. How do u know if the socks fit if you cant try them on?? Anyways, we understood and decided to pick out a new pair for an exchange. We ask for 1 black and 2 white pairs of mid rise nike socks. Guess what? they dont have them in womens size in the store. Okay fine, we place an online order to be shipped to our house. She DIDNT repeat the order back to us so we ended up with 3 pairs of white nike socks. Normally wouldnt be a big deal but my mom hates white socks and the black pair was for her. Was thinking about going back in but we just ended up leaving. They never have anything anyways. Will never go back to this location. Disappointed.

I called and said I was going to bring them down I couldn't find the receipt and she she said don't worry about it she said will take a look at them and let you know if we can return them and I said what do you mean whether you can return them I just want to show you my app and let you know when I bought them I just bought them a day ago and she said well I got a look at the shoe. So I guess it really doesn't make a difference how your foot is or feet or if you've damaged your foot because of the shoe they just want to make sure they can resell it. When I got there I wasn't real happy and of course she was still a bitch didn't want even look at my foot. I love famous foot wear but I will never go to the ridge park store and I would suggest if you don't want to deal with her that you don't go there either. Store has no concern for the well-being of the customer.

Came to this store today to buy some steel toe shoes for work. When I walked into the store, the…read moreemployee there was busy at the counter doing something, but she called out to me and said that she would be able to help me in a couple of minutes. I walked over to the steel toe shoe section and started looking at shoes. The employee came over to help me after about a minute. This woman was very knowledgeable of the shoes and their features. She asked me a few questions that helped her determine which features I actually needed (oily floors, floor surface, working outside, electrical hazards, wet areas, etc.). When she helped me narrow the selection down to two pairs of shoes, she suggested I try them on, although she predicted that one of the pairs would probably run too wide for my foot. The employee had me stand shoeless on an electronic device that analyzed the size of my feet, the arch heights, and my weight distribution on my feet. And all I wanted to know at first was what size shoe I needed! Anyhow, the employee got the correct size I needed. Man, I've worn steel toe shoes before, and they were always uncomfortable. But the shoes I tried on, and bought, were very comfortable, just like the employee said they would be! I also tried on the other style of shoe, but, as she correctly predicted, the shoes were too wide! In and out of the store within 15 minutes. That's the way work shoe shopping should always be! Thankfully, I had a very knowledgeable woman helping me, and she really did know a lot about the steel toe shoes that Red Wing sells. She made my shopping experience fantastic!

Recently needed a new pair of work boots and after a little research decided to give Red Wing a…read moreshot. My old pair was getting too beat up, and I could not find the same boot anymore. Decided to come visit the store, since I couldn't find the same version of my old boot, I wanted to try on and test out the new boots. My wife and I were greeted immediately upon entering the store, and Alan was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the boots, and aided in making my decision. The boots are a little different than what I had before, making for a little bit of an adjustment, but are a good, comfortable boot. Whenever I need to buy boots again, this would likely be my first stop.
