I know it sounds crazy, but I had got sick at some point during my breast cancer. I'm pretty sure I had shoes that were there that no one ever reached out to me and I didn't notice until years later I can't say for sure. However, I can say after using them for a while supporting their business what they did to my bags and my shoes and then when I said something, they did absolutely nothing about it. They messed up the whole form of my bag from this day. I still don't wear it they look horrible.

The job they did was excellent and they did the work in one day!! For shoe repair it can easily take two weeks. Price was spot on for repair of this kind compared to west coast and Texas. They told me that for future shoes, they could build up the needed 3/4" on the whole shoe. It is great to find a business with this amount of talent.

I found…read moreit in the back of the closet recently and decided that it was too nice to just sit and collect dust and I'd like to wear it again. Didn't really know where to take it for repair, so I started by going to a nearby tailor shop. They looked at the jacket and said they can't do it because their equipment would not be able to handle the thickness of leather. Then another customer that was in the shop chimed in and suggested that I try a leather/shoe repair shop. I called Lyndhurst luggage and they said "yes, bring it in!" I brought it in and explained what I needed done and they said come back to pick it up next Monday. Indeed, it was ready. The zipper is a little sticky, but they did say that it's because it's new and that it should loosen up with break in. Also, I thought a little pricey - $60 for zipper replacement, but I have no basis for comparison, so what do I know? All I know is that I'm so glad to be able to use this jacket again.

I always said I would never do this but I feel compelled to write this one that is how bad they treated me. I have been a customer for years and will no longer buy from this company again. So long of a customer I bought the first generation Air Jordans there. I spend tens of thousands a year on sporting goods. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered an item and they are still processing the order, they used my old address to ship to even though I had pulled it off their app months ago. I placed the order at 2am noticed they used my old address even though I didn't have it in their system anymore and called them to correct it first thing in the morning. They say they won't correct the order and they want me to contact the carrier to fix it. I can't contact the carrier because I am not the sender. So I said I just want a refund since it hasn't been processed yet and they won't give me one. They lost a serious customer for life over this one order. I never wish a company would fail but it seems like the only way this company can be corrected is by simply going out of business.
