Recommended one leather, but didn't bother to actually show me what it was or where it was in the store. Trying to get alternate recommendations was like pulling teeth. As I was perusing, the salesperson kept disparaging any leather good on my person, suggesting it was poorly made and there were craft kits in store that would give me a better result. Thank you, but I don't think me stitching my own moccasins would be better than leather loafers made by experienced Italian artisans.

I was excited when I saw they carried Candra Squire word art. Candra makes these great, affordable 5x7 mixed media prints called "notes to self" -- with inspiring, truthful or funny thoughts matted into a frame. They are my favorite small gifts and are always unique and special. To that note, they carry almost exclusively local and independent artists. You'll have a bit of visual overload when you enter, but just take your time to truly go through everything. I think their strong suit is their art selection. This includes prints, greeting cards, kitschy art accessories, even prints of animal heads superimposed on vintage photos (I swear to god, see my photos below). Other standouts include accessories and locally oriented coasters, glassware and entertaining items. Same goes for CLE t-shirts-- there are sooo many in diverse sizes. Don't ask me which t-shirt brand is. There are so many t-shirt brands in Cleveland, I cannot even keep track at this point (they all blur together after a while). Overall, if you need any type of small/large gift, or have a "what on earth should I buy this person?" on your list, you can probably find a great option in here.

Awful Awful, awful customer service and a very greedy business owner. I wore them outside 3 times within a week of picking them up and the color just washed off from the rain and wet ground and they looked like I never had them repaired. He charged me $45 for the repair, and they didn't even last a week. I returned 2 weeks later to ask him to please redo them and to please waterproof them this time. He said he did, and that it would cost me another $25 to have him do it again. I don't believe for a minute that he water proofed them, and i think he knew what would happen. He refused to fix them without me paying more money and said it was not his fault. I was able to reuse some of the original fabrics, and was not strong armed into buying unneeded material. They aim to please. They do good work. I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!
