They were also very flexible when we needed to extend our rental several times. There was no answer, only voicemail, even though their hours stated they would be open. I didn't leave a message, but someone called me back almost immediately, evidently getting my phone number from caller ID. The gentleman had a strong accent, and was somewhat hard to understand, though I appreciated him calling back so quickly. I was still in the parking lot. When I explained what I needed, he didn't recognize it, vaseline gauze for wounds. According to my doctor, this was a common item for first aid, but nobody knew what it was! I ended up getting it from Amazon, after checking every pharmacy and medical supply stores in a 20 mile area from Hillcrest Hospital. Even pharmacists had no idea what it was. So I can't fault them too much, though I was surprised that they didn't know what it was.

Accucare offered used equipment that I did not accept for pest and equipment failure reasons. For 2 weeks I waited on the new equipment. The "new" equipment was brought to my home but it didn't work. They sent an employee to see what the problem was but he wasn't able to get it to work properly. He expected me to use my body weight to make the equipment work correctly. I refused because the equipment should work with ease. Accucare failed to remedy the issue and sent me on my way. I am appalled that a local store that I was trying to patronize would do this to a person in need.
