As for the wait noted by the other reviewer, I did not have this problem. They took my measurements at Sturgis and I had my jacket about a month later, not bad considering it was not an off the rack product and they had literally hundreds of orders. Remember this is not a Pakistani or Chinese factory knocking out hundreds of products a day. TRD is making custom orders. The only problem I had with my jacket was the liner. The zipper started to separate from the lining, which is no bid deal since I never really used it anyway, but I am sure if I sent it back TRD would have repaired or replaced it. So, quality is good, customer service is good - given what I stated, and everyone loves my leather. Oh, yeah, the price for my jacket was right on the money - $345 for a handmade American jacket of heavy horsehide. PS, I am wearing the jacket in my profile pic.
