Okay.. fine, so we exchange it for a different pair. We come home, THAT PAIR is coming apart. Okay so we just came BACK to return that as well as a pair of socks that came to our HEELS (by the way these are no show). The girl was having trouble with the machine so she calls her manager over. The manager actually argues back and forth that the socks are supposed to be to ur heel. TO UR HEEL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! The first girl also was huffing and puffing and acting annoyed over the whole fact. Oh im sorry, my mom just casually spent over 100 dollars on these items. Sorry if we are an inconvenience to ur day. The girl told us since the socks were open she cant give a refund. How do u know if the socks fit if you cant try them on?? Anyways, we understood and decided to pick out a new pair for an exchange. We ask for 1 black and 2 white pairs of mid rise nike socks. Guess what? they dont have them in womens size in the store. Okay fine, we place an online order to be shipped to our house. She DIDNT repeat the order back to us so we ended up with 3 pairs of white nike socks. Normally wouldnt be a big deal but my mom hates white socks and the black pair was for her. Was thinking about going back in but we just ended up leaving. They never have anything anyways. Will never go back to this location. Disappointed.

Great place to shop but there's a woman that works there that's a total bitch. I had bought a pair…read moreof shoes and I couldn't even wear them more than maybe 45 minutes in the house because they they made a really terrible mark on my foot on the top of my foot. I called and said I was going to bring them down I couldn't find the receipt and she she said don't worry about it she said will take a look at them and let you know if we can return them and I said what do you mean whether you can return them I just want to show you my app and let you know when I bought them I just bought them a day ago and she said well I got a look at the shoe. So I guess it really doesn't make a difference how your foot is or feet or if you've damaged your foot because of the shoe they just want to make sure they can resell it. When I got there I wasn't real happy and of course she was still a bitch didn't want even look at my foot. I love famous foot wear but I will never go to the ridge park store and I would suggest if you don't want to deal with her that you don't go there either. Store has no concern for the well-being of the customer.

I've also been able to find decent items for my home. One item in particular is my Queen Ann reclining chair. I love it! I got ABSOLUTELY stunned TODAY at Salvation Army. i have BEEN DONATING to Goodwill heavily each…read moreand every year for over 40 years and a great portion of my things were NEW (still tagged) or very gently used since my parents taught me to take care of all my things. This year after having dug deep into how they use their monies and how they handle putting donations on the shelves!!!! I decided they would NEVER ever get one more item from me so today i boxed up 4-5 large boxes along with with some loose pillows and things and drove to the Salvation Army Thrift store in Strongsville. I had visited this site 4-5 weeks ago to see how THEY operate, the kinds of things they have on their shelves and how knowledgeable and helpful employees were. Much to my chagrin today, i walked in the rear entry door with my first box where no one greeted me nor were there more than 1-2 folks within earshot for me to call out to. The ENTIRE back room where their donated goods was overloaded and in a SHAMELESS shambles. I saw no one with any sense of urgency. I continued with the rest of my boxes and items placing them where i thought they would fit, not FALL OVER and left in a huff. There were 'prepared receipts' on clipboards for anyone to fill in what they want for IRS donations. Big Brother is apparently not watching. The retail store is scantily stocked when they could be loading up their shelves and making real some money but no, disinterested folks are lolling around talking to each other about last evenings tv show. Apparently, nobody has any needs in the poorer sections of Cleveland Ohio since nobody HERE had any interest in their jobs nor helping the less fortunate. I could run rings around the folks in this store, organize it, load up the retail store and help others. I worked for an international non profit for almost 20 years so i know how it gets done. I will never return to this store or any other Salvation Army (bellringers included) nor Goodwill. I will seek out a more needy organization who uses, appreciates and cares about donations.

They put the shoes on hold and they were ready for pickup when I came here. The girl who assisted me was really nice. Considering that this DSW isn't in a popular area, the store was a nice size, and the place was clean. I would come back to this DSW in North Olmsted if I had to.

But $70 for Jessica Simpson sandals? Methinks not. I'd say more like $40. And I hardly call that "designer." Although--I will add that I find it quite ridiculous that both Jessica Simpson and Steve Madden shoes are priced as high as (if not more than) better designer shoes. While DSW does have an occasional BCBG, Calvin Klein pump, most are over-price nonsense brands I've never heard of... Maybe I'm looking at the wrong sections? The boots were hit or miss--if you're looking for designer brands you've heard of? There are a few, but most are still around $150, especially for leather. And I didn't see any that blew my mind. Otherwise it's mostly that super-cheap looking faux leather, like the ones you see in the windows of Charlotte Russe, but 5x more expensive. Mens prices and brands seemed more spot on. My sister and I looked around for a bit and she really hit the jackpot with a unique Calvin Klein heel for around $40. I was quite jealous! But that was really the best deal we found. Other than that, I think they could lower their prices on everything by at least $15-20--based on what they carry.

I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.
