Close to home location. Come here to return Amazon packages occasionally. Half the time the Amazon return station is closed and you have to wait on their customer service line which will take forever. I feel that I can buy everything the store has to offer online for less money than the in store prices.. Store is adequately stocked and presentable. read more

I've been coming here recently to drop off amazon Packages at the return center. The place is really nice and all the employees wear masks and respect social distancing. They have a person in the front to provide hand sanitizer and greet you. The returns center is very well managed and the workers are very helpful. The selection of clothes is very recent and you get a 25% coupon every time you return something at Amazon. One issue that I do notice is that their lines can get very long on certain days and I had to drop my items and come back another time. read more

watch your money ....I went to purchase a comforter for my son. Try to use the self check out register but the price was showing different than it was online. At the self checkout register it was 83.77. So I went to the actual register with a cashier, who rang it up as 127.99. I explained to her a few minutes ago when I tried to ring it up myself it was $83 and change she insisted that was the price and if I wanted to open up a I could get it for less. I said no thank you but I just rang it up myself and it was almost with the tax $50 less. She insisted that I was wrong and "she gave me a good price". That's what she said exactly I said no it's almost 45-50 less when I ring it up, she entered my telephone number. Said there was nothing she could do for me and if I wanted to open up a credit card once again now getting really annoyed I do not want a credit card. I want the price it was when I rang it up. She said and I was wrong, insisted I was wrong. Completely frustrated that the comforter is now almost $50 more with tax walked over to the self checkout and sure enough 83.77 your staff is rude and for the hundredth time do not want a Credit card the amount of time she asked me about opening a credit card was absurd and I was going to be charged $50 more. How about train your employees they have no clue what they're doing and I doubt if I will ever walk through those doors would you? And do you really think after my experience anybody in their right mind would consider opening up a credit card with you yeah don't think so. read more

went to kohls today to make a return. their policy is 6 months return policy but change it recently to 4 months. i only shop online and received no notice. based on their new policy I had to make my return by 2 days ago. lost $12 on that one but Kohls lost a customer on that one. won't shop there anymore. their quality is down and now the store looks like a discount store. too bad. read more

Prices on items are not what they say they are unless there's a coupon involved or if your going to purchase a Kohl's card and maybe you will get a sale. And be careful they put sale item mix in the same row, basket ,or what ever with expensive items so when you go to casher to purchase item thinking its on sale its really not. And yes i too have been to Kohl's 2X and walk out without buying anything so i wonder why.. read more

I DO NOT!!!appreciate when the cashier ask if I have a Khols's card I only came to shop for my grand babies clothes also the clothes are to expensive even with a coupon I had to ask for a MANAGER but the young lady name odalisi came in late I had to WAIT 10 mins!!!!! I was in the changing room with my child. Killing two birds with one stone to try on clothing at the same time. An employee comes in to tell me it's the changing room only for kids.... As I have a whole stroller with me.... Extremely rude and uncalled for? I said and I have my kid with me? Did she know I was also trying on clothing for my kid? No! She just walked away with nothing else to say. Don't expect to come back. Changing rooms should be labeled for who they are for- and they aren't. Department Store. I like Kohl's- especially because they have great sales on men's apparel - shirts and pants for work and shorts and polos for knocking about town. The really awesome thing is that they make exchanging things a snap and generally get you out of there in a hurry. The only thing about this place that is odd is that it is a mirror image of my usual Kohl's - so everything is on the opposite end of the store, compared to Jericho. The place looks like a hundred buffalo tore through the men's clothing section, but otherwise, it's a good location. They have decent deals and nice looking clothing in my size. This is my choice location since they closed the Melville store. Damn it. Note: having more than 2 registers open on Father's Day would help alleviate the long lines... read more

The location can be busy sometimes but I like being able to get in and get out with no problem. I only shop at khol's during the holidays because the prices are good. Getting there sometimes can be a hassle because the outlets but the actual store is never packed when I am there. For those complaining about "waiting to be rung up for twenty minutes", order your items online. read more

Big time Kohls fan. However, not a fan of this location whatsoever. Such a different vibe here over the one in Melville. The customer service here is not friendly and they make returns difficult. The other day I came in to do some birthday shopping for my sisters and my Dad gave me his Kohls charge to use. I was given such a hard time by the cashiers when trying to use the card. Turns out they refused to let me use it even though I use it all the time at the Melville location. My Dad even got on the phone to give them permission and they still said no! I left everything at the register an went to Melville's location and purchased everything from them. Not cool Kohls! read more

I came here on a holiday weekend versus other locations because I figured it would be less crowded. It seems to be the Kohl's no one really knows about it. Well, I was right, but the inventory at this location stinks! It was pretty disappointing. And the clearance area was really unorganized. It's helpful when it's at least organized by size or even in two different areas based on brands, but this one wasn't. The cashier was very nice and management was proactive in keeping the line moving and getting additional cashiers to help. But I think I'll go to a different location next time I'm looking to go on a little shopping spree & hopefully come home with more than two items! read more

Pretty good place, went here with the family to pick up some new school clothing for the kids. They have enough variety and stylish stuff for them to choose from. While they were doing that browsed around a bit to see what I could get my dad for his birthday coming up. There really wasn't much in the way of houseware or gadgets. Just a small section with some iHome accessories and some chairs. It took about 2 minutes to browse that section...needless to day I didn't find anything. On the way to pay i saw there was a watch and jewelry section. So they seem to have the typical department store sections. I can't comment on prices...I leave the discounts/coupons and stuff to my wife. But as far as the shopping experience, it was pretty pleasant. We found what we needed in the way of clothing for the kids. As the lines at the registers got long, they routed people over to other departments to keep things moving. Parking lot is very big so parking is not an issue. Would I ever shop here again? Personally...no, it doesn't really have anything I would want to come back for. However, my wife shops here regularly and says the quality of the clothing plus the sale, coupons, etc. makes it the perfect place to shop for the kids. Today she purchased 6 pair pants for my son, 2 for my daughter and a couple of shirts...she said she save $300+. Can't complain about that. read more

I went into Kohl's to return some items from Amazon and that went well. I was walking around the store looking for a few items and when I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked for some help. Sales rep was soooooo unhelpful. She couldn't even point me in the right direction where I might find the items I needed. It's like she has no clue where things were. Dropped in with the perennial $10 reward and picked up a heatproof spatula from the disorganized and almost-exclusively-name-brand cookware section. Kohl's is apparently now THE go-to spot for new-age shopping, boasting electronic/house tunes (fluctuate too often) and digital price displays (when not present, it's tough to find a price check machine in certain sections). As always, everything is 'marked down', yet I'd still never stop in for basic kitchen tools, as everything was overpriced, inferior, and pretty tacky. read more

I like this store and most of the people who works there. The management is always friendly and helpful. Only problem I have with this store is their shopping carts. There is never enough evidence and if your lucky to find one more times then not it's broken or defected. The corporation doesn't think to much for their commack customers by not stocking new and working carts. I visited other kohls like Ronkonkoma, NY, & Rocky Point, NY etc, and was very insulted when I saw what nice carts they have for their customers. Good store for when I need to quickly grab a few items. Its in a convenient location for me, I'm always in this shopping center. I always get sucked back in with Kohl's cash. You can find decent clothes here for a good price at times. It can sometimes be a little unorganized but you have to expect that with any large clothing store. Once shoppers start touching a display, the clothes and the size you're looking for could end up anywhere. The store needs more mirrors on the floor, outside of the dressing rooms. The lines are also a little crazy at times and sometimes there are not enough registers open. The customer service in the back is friendly and helpful. The store has a large parking lot and is near the entrance to the shopping center. read more

I think many of the reviews about the store being unorganized and trashed speaks more about the people who shop here then the people who work here. Every store in this area has the same problem. Customers look at items and don't refold or rehang them up. They go into the fitting room and leave the clothes inside out and on the floor. Yes it is the employees job to keep the store tidy but many of the customers who shop here share some responsibility to clean up their own mess. read more

So disappointed this store seems to be going the way of the Melville store...the women's clothing and accessories departments are so messy and disorganized (I can't speak about any other departments since I didn't see them). I spent over an hour looking for a pair of navy trousers in my size and the style I was looking for with no success, so I went home and ordered exactly what I wanted from Amazon. And it was less expensive and will arrive in two days! I did find it on Kohl's.com as well but it was more expensive and would take too long to arrive. I really hope the store management will take note of this review and make some changes because I have no desire to shop at this store again if there is no improvement. read more
