I ended up buying a really nice purse here that you can tell was a legit return and not some knockoff piece. I saw lots of people buying clothes although nothing really stood out to me in that department. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They are thankful you are there and purchasing. As it's the soft opening they also have an additional 20% off taking place on all items and are giving out free snacks in the front. The only paid point here is the parking lot. It wraps around the back which is helpful but it's not nearly enough parking for the amount of customers they seem to be getting.

When I arrived at Omnibus I was greeted with open arms and I felt the staffs excitement for my wedding day. They took one look at me and said I have the perfect gown for you. Well they pulled out this dazzling silky gown completely beaded and fit like a glove. I was in love and knew I came to the right place. I purchased the dress at that moment they started the process for some areas that needed a little tightening. I then came back a few weeks later and picked up my gown. EVERYONE LOVED THIS DRESS and it looked FABULOUS in photos. I went back in another time with my mother to find her the most perfect mother of the bride gown. My mother was treated as if she was their own mother and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable in the gown and felt beautiful as she is. (She does not wear dresses ever) They did a fantastic job on the alterations and even made her a shawl with leftover material to make her even more happy. It seemed the SAs were putting together outfits for the customers, which is what I would expect in a boutique, and why I would pay full price for items there. When I did finally go in to shop, I brought my adult daughter . We were going on a trip to Spain. I really didn't feel I was getting the attention that I needed. The SA was really focused on my daughter, who is a beautiful young woman with a great figure. But, by focused, I mean she just kept throwing clothes into her fitting room , not even asking what she liked or how it fit .My daughter picked out two very expensive sweaters, and the pants the SA recommended were just as expensive ( and you could find them at the mall).So no complete outfit, just 2 really $$$ cotton sweaters. Good quality, and items you would only find in a boutique, you won't see these brands on sale in a department store. But I felt the SAs were really concentrating on regular customers, who they know. I didn't get that boutique experience I wanted, for myself or my daughter. We wont be back, I don't feel the frustrating experience and disappointing outcome were worth the REALLY expensive price tag .

She tries to make accommodations when possible, but the store does have a strict return policy. Luckily they tell each customer the policy at the register, even though it's on the receipt and they don't need to. I'll definitely be returning to this location as the staff is ALWAYS super helpful! I have seen many of the dresses/dress attire sold in 2cute, at other stores like mandee's or strawberry's-- you know, just other various boutique/same-type stores; sad part is I've seen the clothes for cheaper in other mall stores, and on the same night (which ticked me off when I bought a dress and then had to run to return it). This store isnt unique in its nature, but they do sell some pieces that you might not find anywhere else. 2cute is known for the stretchy $10 tank tops they sell. I have one in like every color. Of course they squeeze your boobs together (perfect for what lack of t***s god gave me!), and they might suck in a little gut. They really aren't anything special, but they go great under a sweater or the type of hoodie/shirt that zippers/buttons up. I do come here from time to time. Sometimes they have a discount rack where you can find a cheap selection of everyday where or soemtimes if your lucky you'll find a club-like dress for supet cheap. This is not my go to spot for dress attire because there is so much competition, but check it out, you might find something that suits you (just be sure that you don't find it somewhere else for cheaper first). *Sidenote- For the price you pay the clothes shouldn't be too cheaply made. The particular location in green acres mall is quite the scam store! I bought a shawl like sweater (not made of sweater material, just all cotton), and the lace ripped with in two wears.
