I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. However, considering everything else I wouldn't worry to much about that.

They feel great and they look great. I'm not real impressed with the way they do suit pants. They didn't custom fit my pants. They find some that fit in the waist then measure and hem for length. I like my sit pants custom tailored to my skinny butt so they don't sag. Can't get that here. But I am so in love with the Travelers shirts this place still gets 5 stars.

This month we have reached the one year mark of impeccable customer service provided by the team at Jos A Bank. So lets start at the top by pointing out the manager, Justine. The woman leads from the front, I have never once seen her sitting down and that shows in the rest of the team as they all work hard to provide the service she demands from them. She understands this industry and the needs of her customers more than anyone I have met in this particular industry. The high level of customer service they provide has ruined any chance for another business to earn me as a customer. I would also like to include Ian as he has always been right there to assist me when Justine is busy, he's also been with them since I first became a customer. Overall great guy, that exceeds my expectations of customer service. Next we have Jeremy who I have always liked, he is a little more light humored but very professional and more than knowledgeable concerning my needs. He has always been a pleasure to work with as well. My favorite is sweet Ms. Ann, she is a wonderful tailor. I have needed tailoring taken care of on a deadline and she's always had my back on many occasions. She makes me feel over confident in my professional appearance and I feel bad for my colleagues that don't have a Ms. Ann. And the last person I want to point out is Connor. He is a little newer to the group however last night we set an appointment to purchase a new suit and I cannot wait to work with him. Always been super friendly and easy to work with. Overall this team is Aces and if something ever happens to any of them I would more than gladly hire them at my company without hesitation. I hope this reaches the right people and they get the due recognition. See you guys Friday.

They should update their hours - we drove an awfully far way to get there so it was a bummer to see 3 staff members walking out closing doors saying no more customers. Seems like a really cute shop - probably a great local spot and unfortunately just a weird fluke experience. The employees were really friendly about it but it was just a bummer. If they want NEW business I think updating hours online would be beneficial.
