I'm sorry, but it is not good business to tell someone that he/she has an offer ready, only to not receive any money at all. Additionally, there were clothes I brought that, with the right accessories, such as a shrug, could easily be fall clothes because of the colors. At first, I told them to donate my clothes, but after giving it some thought, returned and took them back. I wish the girl yesterday would have told me they are only accepting fall clothes. I would have gone through the box and pulled out the fall pieces right then and there. Instead, I feel like they didn't go through the box in its entirety and my time as a customer was not valuable to them.
